Nick did an excellent job. He came to do my estimate, and because he was such a wonderful young man I let him know that going forward with any jobs I would request him. That I did and Air Tech was very accommodating. I have more jobs that will need to be done in the near future and Nick F. is my guy. I live in a older house before the put 1000 electrical plugs everywhere 😳. I had him put a electrical outlet for the garage door opener (to do away with the extension cord), a plug to hook up my music (or whatever in the garage), a light with switch in the storage closet in the garage and a junction box in the attic.
Outstanding Service – Kevin B. at Air Tech I don't often write reviews, but Kevin B. absolutely earned this one. From the moment he arrived (he was actually 5 minutes early!), I knew I was dealing with a true professional. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my entire HVAC system, even climbing into both attics to make sure everything was checked properly. What impressed me most was his honesty. Kevin spent over an hour explaining everything in detail, showing me exactly what he found and providing proof to back up everything he said. There was absolutely no pressure to sell me anything I didn't need—just honest, factual information. That kind of integrity is very hard to find these days. He treated my home with respect by putting protective covers over his shoes and walked me through everything step by step so I fully understood the condition of my system. Best of all, Air Tech only charged me the standard service fee—nothing more. No unnecessary repairs, no upselling, just honest service. Kevin B. is an outstanding employee and a true asset to Air Tech. If every company had employees like him, customer service would be in a much better place. I highly recommend Air Tech and especially Kevin B. If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy HVAC company, look no further. Thank you, Kevin, for restoring my faith that there are still companies that put honesty and customers first!

The only reason I've left 1 star rather than zero is because the professionalism and efficiency of the tech, Jesus Garcia. After half a day of waiting for an appointment, they showed up and promptly assessed the issue to be a capacitor that I know to cost 10 dollars from just about any source. The companies price they tried to charge me was $410. As you can probably assume, the service didn't continue beyond that point. Overpriced. Not enough time slots.
Has Air Tech install 2 Trane HVAC’s. The price was on par with other quotes for similar units. The install took around 6-7hrs. Everything has been working fine so far. As far as the install went I was a bit disappointed with the trash that was left outside the house (bunch of screws left in driveway, hand sized pieces of styrofoam not picked up, and misc debris from install). The techs did put down tarp on wood floor and carpet, but over the course of the day they (install crew) managed to stain some on the carpet (a little carpet cleaner took care of that tho). After the install I asked the lead tech to go over the new wi-fi controls, but he said someone else would do that at a later date. That seemed odd to me, but he did leave the control panel instructions (so I’ll figured it out myself). When I went out side to look at the condenser units I noticed a lot of smudge marks on my newly painted siding/ stucco. I was a bit annoyed, but It’s understandable due to the tight space. Overall I’m happy with the service Air Tech provided.
I contacted this company because my A/C stopped working. The technician arrived, spent about 10 minutes looking at the system, and then told me the entire unit needed to be replaced because it supposedly used “obsolete” R-410A refrigerant. Keep in mind my system is only 4 years old. He then handed me a quote for $24,000. The moment I saw that price, I asked him to leave. I called another A/C company for a second opinion. Their technician diagnosed the actual problem in about 15 minutes: a low-voltage wire had been chewed by a rodent, which blew a 50-cent fuse. He replaced the damaged wire and the fuse, and my A/C was working again. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I strongly suggest getting a second opinion before agreeing to replace your HVAC system.
