Jose did an excellent job in repairing our AC. He had the knowledge to understand the issue and the experience to perform a quick repair. The defective component was on hand and the repair took less than an hour in total. He offered me a couple of options, and the cost was about what I expected. “ One Hour Heat and Air “ certainly lived up to their name. Very satisfied. The service call taker was also polite and efficient , and Dispatch kept us up to date on the arrival progress. Would definitely use them again.

I had a new unit installed, the install team was polite and very professional. Took time to protect my new floor, knocked out a very clean install. Really feel it should be 4.5 stars cause the unit didnt come with enough freon and had to come back the following day to fully charge system. But they had someone back out first thing to address it.
