Had a mold issue arise in my basement and after the waterproofing was done, I hired Keselman to do the rebuild and they did a great job! Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them! Sergiy the project manager was great communicating with and helped make sure all the small details we wanted done were addressed. Vlad and his team were great as well and did a fantastic job. Costs are reasonable and the time frame to get it done was pretty quick! Even sooner than they thought. I'd definitely recommend considering Keselman for your home repair needs!
I was so frustrated trying to find a contractor to come in and repair both of my bathrooms. It was a month since I had a plumber come out and referred me to a Company RestoPros. At first I thought they were a great but I ended up so dissatisfied with them. Referring me to Contractor’s that didn’t measure up. I decided to find my own. I came across Keselman Construction Group. Mr. Ben Gultay came out and I had my quote the next day. Memorial Day was coming up so I had a crew here on Tuesday and they finished up on Wednesday. The crew was very polite and professional. I would recommend Keselman Construction Group to anyone who needs a contractor who is true to his word and and has guys that do excellent work.

THIS experience with Ben of Keselman Group, was A1+. From the moment he walked into my home, introduced himself and shook my hand. He LISTENED to how my home was, and let me know, what was needed to restore it. I showed him pictures of the *before,m* colors, walls, trimmings, so they could be matched again, and they were. I picked out new cabinets and floors and they were installed PERFECTLY. I would recommend Keselman Group 1000x out of 1000. Please also thank Vlad, as well as the other employees for their excellent craftsmanship of the work down. I'm SO HAPPY, I FOUND this company and decided to use them for my home re-construction.
We had 2 bathrooms completely remodeled by Keselman Construction. They did an excellent job. We highly recommend this group. Starting with design assistance from Dmytro all the way through the process, including all Ivan’s team it was a great experience. Beautiful craftsmanship reflected their commitment to the finished project.
Keselman Construction Group completed restoration work on our home after we experienced extensive water damage on all 3 floors of our home. The water damage was a result of a plumbing issue after another home remodeling company remodeled our home. Keselman Construction Group exceeded our expectations. From the moment we reached out, to the last day of the restoration project, Keselman Construction Group was outstanding to work with. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind, friendly, and treated my husband and I and our home with respect. Excellent communication! We always knew what was happening, when it was happening, and why it was needed or not needed. The speed at which the restoration work was completed was amazing. We had extensive damage, missing ceiling in our living room, drywall removed down to the studs throughout the house on all 3 floors, flooring and stairs that had to be replaced, insulation that had been removed had to be re-installed, drop ceiling in basement had to be removed and a new drop ceiling installed, light fixtures had to be re-installed, bathrooms that had to be restored, and painting in almost every room of the house. The restoration work started at the end of March and was completed on June 2nd. We never felt that we were not a priority. The workers (Ivan - project manager, Vitaliy, Viktor, Bogdan S, and Bogdan V) were incredibly talented and hard-working. Ivan was an outstanding project manager. Ivan was very well organized, kept us informed daily on when the workers would arrive, what was planned for the day, and touched based at the end of each day to let us know the plan for the next day. He did an outstanding job keeping the project on track. Ivan's team had many long days at our home and sometimes came on Saturdays, but never complained, were always friendly, took the time to answer any questions we had, asked daily if we were happy or had any concerns, helped move furniture and boxes around the house and in and out of a POD in our driveway, were quiet, never used foul language, were considerate, and so kind and respectful. They also cleaned up their work areas at the end of every day. Our home looks amazing, better than it did before the water damage. We cannot say enough good things about Keselman Construction Group and would be happy to share our experience with anyone considering hiring Keselman Construction Group. Nick Merkushin was our 1st point of contact with Keselman Construction Group, and he set the bar high. He was responsive, professional, kind, patient, and so helpful with putting together the estimate for the restoration work and working to ensure the estimate was in line with our insurance claim. Nick spent several weekends revising the estimate to get it prepared as quickly as possible so we could get the restoration work started. Diana was very helpful with the design process and preparing the design for our 1st floor bathroom and living room and helping to pick out a new vanity for our bathroom, along with a toilet. Diana and Nick helped us pick out new flooring to ensure it matched the color scheme and theme of our home. The folks in Accounting were also so helpful. We reached out a couple of times with questions regarding invoices, and they were helpful over the phone and quick to provide answers to our questions. Many of the things we included in our review would seem to be what should be expected from a company that is hired to complete home remodeling or restoration work in your home; but this was not our previous experience and the difference with Keselman Construction Group was refreshing, made a very bad situation run smoothly, and gave us a beautifully restored home. Keselman Construction Group is a top notch run company that cares about you, your home, and providing a quality product. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
