We recently hired REP Contracting to fully renovate our sons’ Jack-and-Jill bathroom and refresh our hall half bath, and we highly recommend Hannah and her team. Hannah was fantastic, creative, organized, detail-oriented, and incredibly flexible with our schedules. She helped us redesign and open up an outdated space and even delivered both projects under budget, with a clear spreadsheet to track costs along the way. Everyone on her team was friendly, professional, and so kind (especially to our two pups!). Her builders also very accommodating when we needed quieter workdays. The finished spaces look amazing—our sons say their new bathroom feels like a 5-star resort. REP Contracting stood out for being a local company with great reviews, and our experience absolutely lived up to them. We look forward to working with Hannah again on future home projects!
Hannah and her team did an excellent job in remodeling our bathroom. REP is a locally owned/family owned/woman owned business. Many of the workers are family. They were all very professional and friendly. They really do treat you like family. We had our old bathroom gutted and completely redone. Previously our bath had a step up to get in and a shower stall that was 2’x2’. My spouse is in a wheel chair now and the old bath was useless. We wanted a large roll-in shower big enough for 2 people. Our house is on a slab and after gutting the old bath there was a concern that they might not be able to build a roll-in shower because of the slope needed for drainage. Fortunately, this didn’t stop them, Kyle got out the jack hammer and started excavating the slab. Bottom line we now have our roll-in shower. The communication was excellent, workers arrived every day when they said they would and they stayed on the job until it was completed. Hannah prepared a spreadsheet before they started with estimated cost for each item. They do not upcharge for any of the items installed. Each item had a link where I could see exactly what she was recommending and the cost. Some fixtures came from Home Depot and some from Amazon not expensive specialty stores, but all quality items. When the project was complete we could see whether we were under or over the estimated cost for each item. In our case the total was a little less than estimated because the vanity was considerably less than estimated. Hannah did not require a large upfront payment. The first payment was made after the project started and the final payment was made a couple of weeks after the project was completed to give us a chance to use it and make sure everything worked as it should. I highly recommend REP General Contracting and will use them again if needed. They may not be the least expensive but the truly are Reliable, Experienced and Professional.

REP did a full master bathroom renovation for us and did a great job. Hannah, Ryan, Kyle, and team are very professional, honest, and reliable. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The design process was simple due to multiple in person meetings. When the renovation began, every member of the team was kind and respectful. They make sure to ask questions during the process when necessary, to ensure preventable mistakes are not made. The project was completed within the timeline and the budget discussed. They are quick to answer questions and communicate very well. They are dedicated to their work. A couple of times, Chris remained at the worksite late until we got home, because he wanted to talk to us in person about something. If an issue or something unexpected arises, they take charge of the situation and are quick to find a solution. Overall, we are very pleased with the results and very glad we chose REP. We have started another project with the already! Highly recommend!
Hannah and her team were a dream to work with! We had quotes from other contractors but the level of professionalism, the attention to every single detail, and the organized quote that she gave us on our very first meeting were so impressive that we knew we would be in great hands. Hannah helped guide us from beginning to end in making decisions that where overwhelming at first. When our budget and timeline took a drastic and unexpected turn, she worked with us to alter the "extravagant" plan we had plan we initially had, and helped us to pick out materials and findings that would allow us to stay on budget, while not compromising quality and feel. The quality of the workmanship and timeliness of completion far exceeded our expectations. As my husband said, "I've stayed in many of the finest hotels with really luxurious showers, but this shower is the best I've ever had in my life!" Kudos to Hannah and her team for delivering a moderately priced remodel that feels so luxurious!
I contacted REP last spring to obtain a quote for a remodel of both my master bathroom and kitchen. Hannah met me at my house and took the time to discuss various options with me and together we came up with a comprehensive quote and remodeling plan. Hannah created spreadsheets for each room, listing out expected costs of materials and labor for each item needed. Once we had scheduled the remodeling date, Hannah met with me frequently to design both spaces and to choose the perfect materials that matched my vision. Hannah’s expertise in home remodeling helped me make informed decisions on what materials to choose and what layout would work best for my spaces. The remodel itself started 2 weeks ahead of schedule and REP made the remodeling process as stress-free as possible. Hannah and her team were kind, courteous, and hard working, the quality of work was exceptional. During the entire process, I was asked frequently for my input and the team kept me in the loop when some minor, unexpected issues came up. Due to the extensive planning with Hannah prior to the remodel, I was well prepared for possible issues that may come up when remodeling a 120 year old house, Both my master bathroom and kitchen were completed on time and in budget. Everything looks even better than I expected! I love how my bathroom and kitchen turned out. The quality of workmanship is exceptional. I have recommended REP to all of my friends and will continue to recommend REP. I plan to use them for all of my future remodeling needs.
