We recently hired REP Contracting to fully renovate our sons’ Jack-and-Jill bathroom and refresh our hall half bath, and we highly recommend Hannah and her team. Hannah was fantastic, creative, organized, detail-oriented, and incredibly flexible with our schedules. She helped us redesign and open up an outdated space and even delivered both projects under budget, with a clear spreadsheet to track costs along the way. Everyone on her team was friendly, professional, and so kind (especially to our two pups!). Her builders also very accommodating when we needed quieter workdays. The finished spaces look amazing—our sons say their new bathroom feels like a 5-star resort. Hannah and her team were a dream to work with! We had quotes from other contractors but the level of professionalism, the attention to every single detail, and the organized quote that she gave us on our very first meeting were so impressive that we knew we would be in great hands. Hannah helped guide us from beginning to end in making decisions that where overwhelming at first. When our budget and timeline took a drastic and unexpected turn, she worked with us to alter the "extravagant" plan we had plan we initially had, and helped us to pick out materials and findings that would allow us to stay on budget, while not compromising quality and feel. The quality of the workmanship and timeliness of completion far exceeded our expectations. As my husband said, "I've stayed in many of the finest hotels with really luxurious showers, but this shower is the best I've ever had in my life!" Kudos to Hannah and her team for delivering a moderately priced remodel that feels so luxurious!

We just wrapped on a kitchen renovation (which turned into a revamp/refresh of the entire first floor living area) with REP General Contracting and we couldn’t be happier with both the process and the result! From the start, Hannah was incredibly warm and easy to work with. When we expressed our initial vision for the scope of the project, Hannah quickly got to work on design and budget and helped to demystify the process and give us clear expectations for when the work got underway. Hannah was very helpful as we chose finishes for cabinetry, flooring, countertops, and tile. Her input was honest, valuable, and greatly appreciated! When the demolition started, we were introduced to REP’s small, but tight-knit and mighty team! Everyone that spent time in our house was kind, professional, and hardworking. Any question we had was answered with a solution that was clearly explained in lay terms. Any problem that the team encountered was clearly communicated and ameliorated quickly (including some unexpected but necessary electrical repair work as well as ripping and replacing the entire subfloor in the kitchen). It was nice to see the same faces day after day; it provided peace of mind for us and great continuity for the team. Everyone was great with our inquisitive kids and even our curious cat. I could go on and on about how great of an experience we had working with Hannah and her team at REP General Contracting but here’s the long and short of it: REP delivered a stellar final product that came in ON TIME, WITHIN BUDGET, and that EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS.
