The electrician was early and called me which I appreciate. He was polite and quickly installed the light switch. The light switch was programmable with a specific brand & model that is programmable. I asked him to program it and provided a photo of the brand and model so he knew what it was. He said he didn’t know how to do it and said I could call the office to have someone come out. Well it’s $100 per hour and he was done with the install in10 minutes which I’m fine with. The problem is if someone else comes out, they probably will not do their homework and figure out how to program it. In addition, he could be the one asked to return. That would cost another $100.00 & another time commitment by me. Very efficient to return a second time when the information was provided ahead of time. I gave him the instructions while he was there & provided a video. He did what he could, but did not complete the programming like I asked. Because the customer service did not meet my expectations, I would not recommend them.
I had a complex EV charger installation in my custom house. From the breaker box, up through a no access attic, across an entryway, into the garage attic, and down into the middle of my garage. When finished the installers called it their hardest installation yet. And they did it exactly how and where I wanted it. They prepped and cleaned up their messes like professionals. I had multiple estimates and some electricians said the job wasn’t possible. They have made me their lifetime customer for my electrical needs.

Once again, the special care shown when they are installing a light or fan that is new in style and function for me… was thoughtful and clear on how the installation would happen. Blake worked with me post installation as well to make sure I had all the chandelier pieces, symmetrical, and in place. Highly recommend for integrity and work ethic.
Cade Reynolds was absolutely great. Arrived on the nose @ 12:00pm today completed the installation of the 2 new wall sconces in our hallway in our home @ 12:27 pm. No mess afterwards at all!! He was great & so is The Wire Guy Electric Company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE TO ANYBODY WHO NEEDS ANY ELECTRICAL WORK OR HVAC DONE ! VERY REASONABLE PRICES TOO.
