We interacted with 2 company reps today and they were both AMAZING!! Ethan was our tech and he was honest, thorough, and very kind as he diagnosed the problem and gave us our options. Then CJ the sales rep was OUTSTANDING as well. Was honest, not pushy, and even proactively seemed out a deal/promotion for us. My experience today made it simple for me in the future... Thomas and Galbraith will always be my first call for any of my HVAC or plumbing needs!

We had an excellent experience today with Thomas & Galbraith for HVAC maintenance. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The technicians arrived right on time and were both extremely knowledgeable and professional. We had two different service techs throughout the visit, and both took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions — not just about today’s maintenance, but also about potential future issues and helpful advice for keeping our system running smoothly. It’s rare to find such a combination of punctuality, expertise, and genuine customer care. Highly recommend!
Travis did an excellent job fixing our furnace today. Very polite and down to earth guy and he knows his trade very well. He went above and beyond to show me what to look for if anything else happens in the future. Very knowledgeable and I never leave a rating or anything but yes he definitely deserves one. I will highly recommend you guys from now on! Thank you for the heat!!
Thomas and Galbraith installed a utility sink in our basement. They were great communicating with us ahead of time because it was in a location that required us to punch a hole in the wall, which was ok for us. They were courteous and did a good job installing in the sink. When it started leaking a little due to unforeseen weight because of the special trap I had them install, they came back and made some adjustments without any question. Again, courteous and prompt service. Their technicians and estimators are really nice and friendly people. We have had Thomas and Galbraith do a lot of plumbing work in our house, and we trust them to do a good and thorough job with great service and a solid warranty. Highly recommend.
