Edit (12/3/25): Andy's made everything right, it did take longer than expected, but they corrected the drain line, and today came out and fixed the wall including covering it with paint. The original technician has been told to ensure that they need to ensure they look for notes on work orders. This appears to have been a communication breakdown but in the end, they made everything right. I would have prefered it would have been done the first time around, but at least they came back and took the time and energy to correct the issues. I am keeping the original review for posterity and leaving 4 stars as it would have been prefered that the job would have been done as sold on the first go. ________________________________________ Original Review: Recently had Andy's come out to replace our furnace, when it came to the drain line, I asked the sales agent, Aaron, if it was possible to use the existing condensate drain line as it was barbed directly into the house drain, he assured me that was not an issue, as I would have had to hire someone to move several stacks of boxes that were currently in the way of the primary drain. When the installer came out, despite numerous people confirming Aaron's notes were on the work order, the installer, Max, ignored that, ran an entire new line into our laundry room, going through the ceiling, drilling into the wall to anchor the new drain line into the utility sink, the very thing I wanted to avoid in the first place. Aaron assured me this would be taken care of. This morning another tech came out with the dourest of attitudes asking me what needed to be done, after explaining to him once again the issues, he told me to just move the boxes so that he could tie into the drain pipe, despite me repeating to him the fact that I am handicapped and cannot do it myself. He then said that the new setup with the drain line in the laundry room looked "fine" despite the fact we are under contract and the photos of the laundry room my wife designed do not include that drain line. After rudely complaining some more, he asked me where the nearest hardware store was as he did not have the barb to tie into the existing drain line with him, the very job he was sent out to do. Then after speaking with John, the service manager, he told me that his tech would not be able to repair the wall and ceiling after removing the drain line the original installer made anyways, so what is the point? Not following through on the job sold to me, and then not making it right despite the "100% satisfaction guaranteed" promised espoused on their advertising, I am the one left holding the bag! This is not at all what expected from Lowe's or Andy's (ASW) and am extremely unhappy but I guess there is just nothing that can be done to correct the damage that was done and I may have to make a concession to the buyer for this new unplanned "addition"! Avoid if you prefer that your contractors actually do the job as sold to you.

Aiden was the technician today and as my previous experience with him it was exceptional! He is a fine young man and an attribute to Andy’s. He’s polite and friendly and assessed the situation and was ready to make the repairs and I decided to replace since it’s almost 12 years old. He’s the kind of young man I looked to join my team while I worked at Ford Motor Company.
Great service as always! The technician showed up on time, was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me with some additional questions I had about an appliance. Everything was explained and it’s always pleasant and easy experience to work with this team. They text before your appointment and when the tech is on the way, which is very convenient. I highly recommend.
Andy’s had the best price for replacement of my furnace, AC, chimney liner, and humidifier. They installed a Nest thermostat, as well. The salesman, Mark, and the installation crew were friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job.
