I am not sure why I waited so long to come see the BEST! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH! Dealership quality customer service without the dealership problems or prices! Independent service shop without the lack of EXCELLENT customer service! It's worth the drive from the suburbs to see a quality mechanic with GREAT SERVICE! Do not let the downtown address deter you from having quality work, prices, upfront and honest estimates. Jeff and Will are amazing, professional and personable! I will not be going anywhere else for my personal or business vehicles. Nice clean waiting room with real chairs, clean bathroom, text updates on work, clear communication, coffee, cold water and hot dogs on Fridays! Thanks!
ATTENTION AVOID THIS REPAIR SHOP a customer brought their vehicle to my shop after Terry's north coast did over $3k of repairs. Some of the repairs were a new steering rack, new pressure hose, new return hose, and a wheel alignment. She had already took it back to them once since the repairs because one of her wheels fell off and it was leaking power steering fluid still. It was then brought to me because it was still leaking. All I can say is WOW! They charged her for hoses they didn't replace, multiple parts of the power steering were still leaking after 2 visits, and the steering wheel was almost upside down. I told her you NEED to take it back again to get the parts replaced you paid for. So after taking it back a third time to Terry's she brought it back to me again. Still leaking power steering fluid and steering wheel still way off center. They did replace 1 of the 2 lines they charged her for but the steering rack is still leaking. I performed a wheel alignment which was over 10 times past the spec limit. Look at the pictures of how far out this alignment is. THIS SHOP SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR WHAT THEY DID TO THIS CUSTOMER. Instances like this are what give repair shops a bad reputation to the public eye. I feel bad for customers who go threw this.

My wife , 2013 Buick Encore was running sluggish and when she took it to autozone , they said it was a knock sensor. I google car repair service near me and located Terry's Auto Repair. The representative told me they have to run a diagnostic on their own to see what they come up with because they cannot rely on anything from Auto Zone. I received the call telling me that it was the knock sensor and that they would have to remove the valve gasket and some other parts in order to get to it. I approve the work and finance the repair through snap.. the car ran good for the first few hours and then the check engine light came on which had never been on since my wife purchased the car. I call Terry's and they told me to bring the car back and they wanna let it sit overnight so they could give it a cold star since the temperature would drop significantly. They said that the car started well and that it was not the knock sensor and to just use some higher grade gas and some engine sealant , because the engine has some leaks. THEY NEVER SAID THERE WAS NO OIL IN THE CAR. They said it was low so when I see Conrad's say no oil. I HAD AN OIL CHANGE DONE AT TERRY'S. 🤯🤯 I HAVE ATTACHED TO RECEIPTS FROM CONRAD'S.AND YOU WILL SEE ITS HIGHLIGHTED THAT THEY SAID , THERE WAS NO OIL IN MY WIFE'S VEHICLE. So who do you think failed to put oil in her car? Go to Conrad's and stay away from these certified Craigslist mechanics. Conrad's fixed it right THE 1ST TIME.
My son was in Cleveland for an internship and had a car issue. Terry's sent us a quote first, then after taking the car did a full inspection sending us that as well before they began what we took it there for. This was a very quick, and professional process, the overall work ended up being just below the initial quote. Compared to 2 other like repair places within the same area, Terry's was $600 cheaper than one, and the other never called me back. I 100% recommend using this place as I found them to be honest, and provide quality work!
A very bad experience! If you want to be ripped off, choose this place; if you want to deal with a dishonest, lying boss, choose this place, it won't let you down. My car was fixed here, just a simple air conditioning short circuit, the compressor was not replaced, and the freon was not added, and they charged me $800.
