I chose A to Z Electric Co. based on their Google 5-Star Reviews. I needed a quote to replace and upgrade the electrical service in my 2-flat apartment building. I had a Great Experience from start to finish. The customer service representative Millie was very personable, professional, and followed up with all my calls and all my questions. Barry the salesperson was down to earth, personable and professional. The price for the new electrical service was very competitive. Ron the owner along with Frank did a beautiful installation. The install was very impressive and was completed in a timely manner. I'm a 2nd generation HVAC contractor and I was so impressed with the professionalism of both Ron and Frank. Ron was great about following up after the installation. I really appreciated all the extra effort taken to make sure I was happy with the electrical service. During the storms today, my condo lost power. Power did not return for me even when all the other units in the building were back on. After getting nowhere with ComEd and 3 other emergency electrical companies who had no availability until next week, I called the emergency line for A to Z Electric and was connected with Ron, who saved the day! He immediately started helping me troubleshoot over the phone, patiently walking me through what to look for and try, talking me through each step. He was very calm and patient and knew exactly what to check. He spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me and with his help, I was able to get the power turned back on! He also took the time to explain how it happened and how to avoid it go forward. I cannot believe how lucky I was to find Ron and cannot recommend him enough. Not too many people would spend the time talking you through troubleshooting something on the phone versus charging you for a visit. I will forever be reaching out to Ron and his company for any future electrical needs!
