WF Hann was very accommodating and responded to my call same day. No heat in the winter is stressful in and of itself but Keith, Dennis & team helped ease our worries faster than I could’ve imagined! A few days later, our furnace officially needed to be replaced (and we replaced our AC too while we were at it) and Tom and his team were phenomenal. They arrived right on the scheduled time and were very communicative throughout.
W.F. Hann and Sons were a great company to work with. We needed a new air conditioner and they came out to go over options the day after I called them. I got 3 quotes, they were the most reasonable. Dennis was an awesome salesman. He didn’t push and let us make a decision on our own timeline. I never felt pressured, but always felt informed. Ian came out the next day once we made our decision and he installed the unit. He answered all of my questions, was kind and helpful. This was an overall great experience and I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.

We had a great experience with Keith! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire service visit. He took the time to inspect everything carefully, even checking all of the return air ducts upstairs to make sure our system was working as efficiently as possible. It's clear he takes pride in doing the job right. Keith also cleaned up after himself before leaving, which was greatly appreciated. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of our questions with patience and expertise. We truly appreciated his knowledge and attention to detail. If you're lucky enough to have Keith as your service technician, you're in great hands. Highly recommend!
Amazing service. Techs arrived exactly on time. Completed the install of a furnace and central AC unit in a timely manner even finishing early. I work 3rd shift and was even able to sleep while they worked as they made very minimal noise. 10/10 would recommend!
Though my furnace is still not working, I have great confidence that they will be back today as they said with the part needed to complete repairs. Thankful for a company with staff always available for service, even 3:00 on New Years Day when it is 21F degrees with 8 inches of fresh drifting snow. My Carrier system has maintained 64 degrees with just lights and my stove running in this house for 24 hours and counting.
