I found ARC Roofing through the Better Business Bureau website, and from my very first phone call I knew I had made the right choice. When I called, the owner, George, answered the phone himself. Even though he was on a job site, he took the time to talk with me, explain everything in detail, and answer all of my questions. Since I had never gone through the insurance claim process before, I truly appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was. Before we ended the call, he told me his son would contact me to schedule an estimate. Not only did I receive a call back within the hour, but they were able to come out the very same day. From that point on, everyone at ARC Roofing was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain every step of the process so I always knew what to expect. Once I contacted my insurance company to file a hail damage claim, ARC Roofing stepped in and coordinated directly with my insurance company to schedule the adjuster’s inspection. Unfortunately, our first insurance adjuster provided a very poor experience and significantly underestimated the damage. ARC Roofing didn’t leave us to figure it out on our own. They walked me through exactly what I needed to say to my insurance company, even giving me the wording to use to request a new adjuster. There was extensive hail damage to our home, and thanks to ARC Roofing’s knowledge, persistence, and willingness to help, we were able to overturn the first adjuster’s decision. I had originally only filed a claim for my roof and siding, but in the end my insurance approved 100% coverage for the roof, siding, and gutters. Once everything was approved, ARC Roofing got us on the schedule right away, and work began within a month. They showed up exactly when they said they would all three days, maintained excellent communication throughout the project, and had a large, hardworking crew each day to keep everything on schedule. Every worker was professional, respectful, and polite. They even took the time to hang our shutters and install our new mailbox, making sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. After the project was completed, they followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied. I especially want to thank George Jr. for helping us throughout the process, including assisting with the color selection for both our roof and siding. We have felt that we have made a great friendship and hoping going forward if we ever would need future work we would hundred percent return to ARC roofing. Our house looks absolutely brand new, and we’ve received countless compliments from neighbors and friends.
