He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had my shower drain completely cleared within an hour. What impressed me most was his professionalism and honesty. He thoroughly explained the problem, walked me through the repair process, and provided an exact price quote before starting any work. The quote was very reasonable, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. After completing the job, he cleaned the entire work area and left everything spotless. Brandon is clearly very skilled, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. It’s not often you find someone who is both highly competent and genuinely honest. Amazing work on a nasty lil job. Tight spaces and old plumbing. Donald made quick work of the issue with no disruptions to home life. Antoine was a masterful communicator and keep me informed for a few days as a master plumber was required to complete the job. Dispatch was courteous and attentive. Rotorooter showed up the day I called, the competition could only schedule me 5 days out. They are now my go to solution for plumbing needs. 5 stars all the way around!
We needed a drain pipe outside our house cleared at 9 PM on a Sunday night. I called RR and they had someone at our house in about an hour. The technician was courteous and provided a free estimate after diagnosing the problem. The price was a little expensive, but considering the time of day and the on-demand availability of service, I felt the price was still reasonable. The technician quickly resolved the issue and provided me with a clear explanation. I really appreciated the technician’s ability to listen to my explanation and questions, and communicate clearly back to me.
I had a very bad experience with Jason, a field supervisor. I live in a rural area, so I don’t have a lot of plumbing companies as an option. Jason took advantage of that fact and the urgency of having sewage flood my basement bathroom. He did not give me all the opinions available to me and “misdiagnosed” (supposedly) my clay piping for cast iron and charged me thousands for a descaling of cast iron pipes when I don’t have any. LUCKLY after the supposed repairs were done and I reached back out about the same problem. I was able to talk to a new field supervisor, Chris. He has been a GOD SENT. He is genuine, honest, and educates you on the issues you are having and why. A night and day difference to Jason, who I believe shouldn’t even be working for the company after what he misdiagnosed and swindled me for originally. I went from working with a car salesman to a genuine, caring and knowledgeable professional. I am giving this review two stars because these issues still need to be resolved but I wanted to publicly share my positive experience with Chris and my hopes that Roto Rooter will do the right thing.
