Brian represented my husband in a very serious criminal case where he was facing up to life on two charges. One of those charges was dropped, and the jury deliberated for a very long time. While the justice system can feel unfair at times, Brian truly did his job and fought hard for my husband. Because of how thorough and dedicated Brian was, my husband now has valid grounds for appeal, and I’m grateful for that. Throughout the entire process, Brian showed nothing but kindness, patience, and understanding. He took the time to listen to my husband, to me, and to other family members. He made sure he was fully educated on every detail of the case and came prepared to take on trial. We asked a lot of questions, and at times we probably seemed overwhelming, but Brian never once made us feel that way. He always answered our questions and treated us with respect. This was one of the hardest times of our lives, and having a lawyer who genuinely cared made a huge difference. I would absolutely use Brian again for any criminal or traffic matter, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a strong, compassionate attorney. He is truly an all-around wonderful lawyer.

Aside from getting us the result we were praying for Brian is a very down to earth yet progressional guy who was very straight forward with us from day one. I’m leaving this experience under my brother, because if it wasn’t for him I would not been able to have the pleasure of Brian representing me. Goodness. I was referred to Brian and I said YES! That’s all I needed! Brian blew my mind at every turn, already on top of it. I was scared to death, I took my case to trial! I knew I was innocent! The thing is, Brian felt I was as well, he seen the video, the police reports, he was very transparent and told me, I feel we have a case, HOWEVER, we never know what the jury decides. He was very clear! I trusted him with my entire life, and moved forward. This man showed up professional, dapper, and ready for trial! Blew my mind!!
