i’ve been going to orlando and his crew for years!! he is the most honest, caring, and thoughtful guy you will ever meet. he treats every customer like they’re family. he is extremely selfless and always is truly putting customers first, and he genuinely cares which is so hard to find. orlando and his crew will be my go to forever!!!
Orlando and his crew are beyond talented and experienced. They can tackle any difficult diagnosis, track down tricky oil leaks, and knock out routine maintenance. I made the mistake of taking a hard to diagnose EVAP code on my Subaru to another shop who only threw new parts at it, assuming it must need a new charcoal canister b/c that’s “usually” what the issue is- and didn’t solve the problem a thousand dollars later. Orlando was able to do a true diagnostic to find the issue. A lot of shops don’t take the time to properly inspect the car, but Orlando will. Along with that, he is great at explaining issues and will walk you through his thought process and procedure. He also provides pictures, status updates, humor, and more. I have since gotten all my repairs done here, and Orlando was even able to install an after market stereo for me. This is the only shop I trust! Thank you guys for keeping my aging lil ‘roo running

Orlando is awesome, honest and transparent. Orlando and his team resolved my car’s issue in a timely manner well and showed me the process of the repair along the way. Reasonable pricing. Would take my car back again for any service or issue.
I had the best experience here with Orlando. I dropped my car off at noon on Saturday and had it back by noon on Sunday. When I dropped it off, Orlando took it for a test drive with me so I could point out the noise I was hearing. Then he showed me with a camera device exactly what was wrong and took the time to explain everything and give me a super reasonable quote. He also sent pictures of all the bad parts and good parts and explained why my brakes ran down faster than usual. The new brakes he installed are under warranty and I’m very happy with the work. Orlando is also a great guy with a good sense of humor.
I have nothing but good things to say about Orlando and his team. I have taken two different cars here, and he has been able to diagnose the problem and fix them each time in a timely manner. He also does a great job at explaining his troubleshooting process, and he has shown me how to make minor repairs to my cars as well. If you go to Orlando and his team, I can assure you that you will be treated with respect and that your mechanical issues will be taken care of. Support this business.
