First impressions on the Hotel was great location, looked clean and welcoming. The hotel is located in a business area with many restaurants, other hotels and even a Walgreens in walking distance. I am sure a Walmart was somewhere nearby. It's hard from the main road to figure out how to get back to the hotel (word of advice, go through the Wendy's parking lot). The front desk attendance was fast, welcoming and provided quick information. The room was ready and was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows could be thrown in the trash. The worst pillows ever, no fluff, not stirdy at all. Even with getting to extra pillows from front desk, it was no help. GET NEW PILLOWS. Love the full size fridge and freezer. Also liked the microwave and dishes. The cups could use some clean up. Bring some dish detergent so you can wash dishes before using (my suggestion). Overall, would stay at location again on next trip to Toledo area.
We were here due to the BGSU Family Weekend. Although this place was about 15 miles away, it still was relatively close to the school. The room was nice, spacious and clean. I slept 😴real good. We didn't wake up in time for the continental breakfast offerings. However, when we were checking out, 1 of the cleaning ladies offered us some. We declined, but thought that was very thoughtful of her. We checked out and received a call a few hours later from Lindsey informing us that we left our iPad in the room and she would place it in her office until we can return. Wow! That kind of honesty and decency is lost in today's world 🌎 We were greatly appreciative!

If you want a hotel from hell! This is your place! Never coming here again. The room very clean, yes but terrible smell. Windows open couldnt get rid of the smell. Bunch of loud people downstairs in the evening. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star!! Go elsewhere, go across the street to the Hamptons!!!
This place preys on women and small children!!! We were harassed by another guest and staff. False accusations and intimidation made us so uncomfortable we didn’t feel safe leaving our room until check out. Upon speaking to a manager at checkout about our experience, she was very accusatory and dismissive. If you are traveling with children, even well behaved ones, look else where! They will do all they can to make you uncomfortable by intimidating you. The manager even admitted they cater to the corporate businessman.
Nice hotel, however harassed by front desk & manager Joe. Checked in at 430, got our kids snacks and rested after being at zoo all day. Someone called complaining of noise and we had all been sitting in bed. Then went to pool, got back around 730 got kids in bath..were not even in room 5 minutes and someone banged on door saying we had another complaint for noise. At this point as a mother with children we felt targeted and harassed to the point we were afraid to leave room, tip toed around room and had our children whisper. When we woke up we got packed and woke up kids. As soon as their feet touched floor to walk back and forth phone rang within 2 minutes harassing us of a 3rd complaint. Went downstairs to speak with manager Joe. She basically said a lot of corporate workers were staying and they work 12hr days and that we had to of been an issue for him to call 3 times. Definitely not family friendly. Honest to God we have small children, but they were exhausted and so well behaved. I couldn't even hear them when in bathroom of our room. We were targeted as 2 single moms with kids in a corporate man's hotel.
