Middleburg Heights Family Dentistry

I’m extremely disappointed with this dental office. I arrived just 6 minutes late to my appointment and was told I had to reschedule, no exceptions. There was no understanding, flexibility, or consideration that things happen—especially for such a small delay. There was rush hour traffic and being 6 minutes late to an appointment should not result in a cancellation. If you have a job or family that may cause delay, this is not the dental office for you. Please look away and find another more understanding and respectful service. Icing on top of the cake was that their next scheduled appointments are not until December, 8 months from now. Was hard not to laugh, no thank you. I will take my business elsewhere. Patients are often expected to wait well beyond their scheduled appointment times without any acknowledgment, yet they can’t extend the same courtesy in return. It feels very one-sided and inconsiderate to us as patients. Customer service is a big part of healthcare, and this experience made me feel like just a number rather than a valued patient. I came to this office seeking the old traditional patient provider service after reading promising reviews. Came away disappointed as this office is just like all the other retail chains in the world that only view you as a walking dollar through the door rather a value customer/patient. I’ll be looking for a new dentist that treats patients with more respect and understanding.

Amazing experience! Dr. Jackie and her team are wonderful. They made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for, never like just another patient on the schedule. It was easy to trust her; she has incredibly steady, gentle hands and took the time to walk me through every step. After some negative experiences at my previous dental office, I’m especially grateful to have found Dr. Jackie and her team.
