We had an excellent experience with Craftsman Plumbing. Monty arrived on time, was highly professional, and took the time to thoroughly understand the issues we were experiencing before recommending the best solutions. He clearly explained our options, addressed the problem efficiently, and made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Monty’s expertise, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach really stood out. We greatly appreciate the quality of work and professionalism provided by both Monty and Craftsman Plumbing. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Craftsmen Plumbing and my particular plumber, Montory. They were very understanding when I had to reschedule the first visit twice. When Montory came to do the quote, he was super friendly and went over the options for me clearly. (I needed a new hot water heater and to remove an old garbage disposal.) The same plumber came to do the work and I was very comfortable hanging out alone with him. He arrived on time and was done faster than I expected. I will for sure call this company for future plumbing needs.

Along with being a knowledgeable plumber, our Craftsman plumber Zach has top-notch customer service skills. He was respectful of our home and the work I’d done to improve it. I felt comforted and encouraged by the whole-home plumbing assessment; he complimented my efforts on previous projects and gave me expert tips for future ones. I had Zach come out to help with a project that felt outside of my skill level. True to Craftsman’s value of empowered decision making, Zach showed me how he’d fix the issue, even letting me handle the tool he’d use. He gave his full confidence that I could complete the project, given what he’d already seen of my work. He praised me as “mechanical,” and it absolutely made my day. I’m so grateful to Zach, not just for saving me money on a project I can DIY, but also for acknowledging the skills I’ve built and helping me further my journey in home repair. Also, I have to give a shoutout to Kerry and Kayla for their help with scheduling and coordinating. They were warm, supportive, and efficient. Everything about my experience with Craftsman was delightful.
Incredible experience working with Monty who helped me extensively. Not only is he super knowledgeable and professional, but he is easily the nicest and most relatable home professional I’ve had the pleasure of inviting into my home. He gave me honest options for my problem, ranging from cheap DIY to expensive but long lasting solutions, and some in between, and treated me like an intelligent home owner, answering all my questions, even about things unrelated to the problem itself, just so I’d better understand my home’s plumbing. He also told me that him and his daughter read these reviews together at night, so I just want to remind her (because I’m sure she already knows!) that she is super lucky to have a Dad as cool and as smart as Monty!
I've had a great experience with Craftsman over the last few years, with everything from replacing a tank water heater, fixing leaky valves and faucets, scoping the sewer, etc. Monty is extremely thorough and careful; he takes his time and misses no details, always going the extra mile, always with great positive energy, even when the fixes are challenging (like hauling a sediment-filled tank up a basement staircase on a blazingly hot day). His thoroughness helped find identify a malfunctioning sump pump, saving me from a flooding disaster. The entire Craftsman team I've worked with (Monty, Kayla, and Zach) have all been extremely responsive, professional, and pleasant. After working with them a few times, I gladly signed up for their "Diamond" loyalty program. I've worked with multiple plumbers/contractors over the last twenty+ years, and it feels great to find a reliable locally-owned company that seems to actually care about the high quality of their work, and about treating customers like neighbors. Thank you, Craftsman!
