Al did a great job. They were able to make an appointment first thing in the morning after I called. Great service, quick, very helpful. Clear explanations and suggestions for future. Would definitely call Al again.
I own a stained glass shop in Cincinnati on the second floor of a warehouse building. I contracted them to put a sump pump in our Elevator Shaft. It worked for about 5 months and then all the sudden my elevator stopped working. And when I went to the basement of the building I found that my Elevator Shaft and my boiler pit were full of water. There's sump pump head stopped working. They came to the shop and inspected and said the drain line was clogged. I told them when they charge that drain line that the train line ductile was collapsed and it would not work. They hooked up to it anyways and told me they would take care of it if there was a problem. They are not going to warranty the job they did period and they will not even warranty the sump pump which is still under warranty. In my opinion they did not do a good job and they will not stand behind their work do not hire this company under any circumstance! I won't even give them a star

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Had him in there to fix change a 3 handle shower to a new standard. Should have avoided from the get go and read the Better Business Bureau reviews. First the quote didn't match what the in person price was, happens, but it's a red flag in hindsight. Day of service he was 5 hours late and showed up at 6pm. We had a concert and had to leave Smithy with the baby sitter. When we get back we find the pipe leaking. He said he told the babysitter it was okay and left for the night. It may have been, but why not text us? He texted all other times, you know? So nit knowing we turned off our water. Next day he shows up at 5p and leaves at 7p, again not super awesome specially with young kids. Then he finishes the job on the third day and EVERYTHING'S LOOSE! the shower head, the tub spout and the handle theb the water runs out of the shower hesd for a good 30 seconds agter shut off. This is where it gets truly terrible, when I had to call his customer service line. His cusotmer service line dude UNHINGED! I tell him my issues and he says it is supposed to work like that, accuses me of lying to him and REPEATEDLY hangs up on me! It is the most outrageous situation I have ever been in. Smithy eventually call me apologizing, saying he fires the guy and that nit won't happen again. But then also says all these problems are normal and to worry about it. Not wanting to deal with it, I let it go. Fast forward about a year, I suspect I have a leak from the loose fittings. CUSTOMER SEFVICE DUDE IS BACK!!!! AND JUST AS TERRIBLE. Then Smithy claims he has told me about the leaks, he will need to charge for a service call (15 days past the 1 year 🙄) and there is likley nothing he can do. The most outrageous, infuriating, and over-priced contractor, I have ever dealt with. Please do not use him, the WORST 2K I have ever spent and a true NIGHTMARE.
I was able to get a next day appointment and had a wonderful plumber named Al. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did not cut corners to update my plumbing in a house built in 1962. I’m so grateful that I called because a simple spigot bib change was going to be a disaster since it turned out to be welded on. He also did toilet flange repair. I will be calling back next time I need a licensed, trustworthy plumber
Al installed a water heater for me the next day and did it quickly and professionally. It’s not my first time using his services and won’t be my last. 10/10 would definitely recommend for any and all plumbing needs.
