Received a valley fever diagnosis from Mayo ER. Was referred to Banner ID. I actually chose Banner ID and requested to be referred but I feel like medical help is seriously the luck of the draw these days. I’ve been very ill the last year with three trips to the ER. I was relieved to have a diagnosis but was told they didn’t think I had valley fever so I retested per Dr. Marshall’s request. It came back negative and that was that. He didn’t want to discuss much else regarding my symptoms. I’ve been consistently coughing out hair for the last year and I’ve lost almost all of it with no end in sight.
I had an appointment. The doctor said 3 to 4 we follow up. Receptionist had no appointments. I will call you Monday. Nope ! No record. Tuesday call no response. Wednesday they tell me 72 hours to return calls. I started months ago in the ER my discharge said 4 to 7 days for an appointment. The ER doc did not document properly according to my new doctor who I can not get an appointment with. Probably Looking at January now FOR A SECOND APPOINTMENT.

Dr. Meenal Patel ... My hematologist oncologist said my blood was finally black to a normal after I got the covid vaccine so he referred me to her. I already got 2 tests showing I had HAD covid. She said that was impossible because I was not hospitalized! She threw me in the room and tested me for HIV & HEP C as I was refusing to be tested. She said she was infectious disease dr so had to test me that proved to me. Because she wrote that I had NOT had covid, when I moved no doctors believed me! I lost the email from the tent at a hospital saying I had had it but could not remember my hematologist oncologist name. I finally found her. My 2 RA sent me to a long haul clinic as I have had long haul since DECEMBER 2019
I definitely recommend Dr. Askar he is very attentive to details and make sure you are aware of all plans. He is one of the few providers that really does meaningful and fulfilling work. His professionalism has made my father feel very comfortable throughout his sickness. We truly appreciate Dr. Askar I would give a 10 star review if there was that option.
I received excellent care and service, the doctor, nurses and entire staff were caring, warm, they made me feel valued. The doctor listen to all my questions and was able to give me the answers I was looking for, it was a great experience
