Brought my vehicle in for a full rear wheel bearing replacement and they fixed it in a very timely and professional manner. I was very content with the cost, educated along the way with the status of the service, and informed about the service before it began. Jim and Phillip were easy and great to work with. Would recommend and will be back for future service.
A family owned business that makes clients feel welcomed from the moment you walk through the door. I had spoken with Jim a few time prior to bringing in my vehicle. Their shop was HIGHLY recommended to me from my shop that handles import vehicles. I had several questions and requested quoted on certain items and Jim never made me feel like I was bothering him or taking up his time. When I finally scheduled dropping off my truck, the reception I got from the team at Simpsons was just like on the phone. They took the time to hear every concern I wanted looked at and after they inspected my truck, I was called and walked through what was found and given a verbal and emailed quote. I picked up my truck a few days later (They also installed new tires of the brand I requested) from the moment I drove off, I noticed a difference in how the truck felt. THIS IS IMPORTANT-Many people only think that ding a tune up (spark plugs, filters, etc) make a vehicle run better. I do most minor work on my truck and my issue was oil leaks and vibration at high speeds. The tires and alignment made my truck ride smooth, but I noticed how much better my truck felt after having the transmission serviced and the oil leaks repaired. My truck is 22 years old and I take care of it, but with the work done at Simpsons, it will last me many more years. It was an investment $$$$, but since I bought this truck when it was new, I wanted it to be one I would keep for years and years and it is a drop in the bucket from what a new vehicle will cost. They have earned my business and my trust and I will recommend them to all who ask.

I had such a great experience with Simpson’s Auto Repair. After hitting a pothole, I was stressed about getting my car fixed, but they got me in right away and handled everything so quickly. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful, which made a big difference. It’s rare to find a place that’s both efficient and that pleasant to work with. I’ll definitely be coming back here for anything my car needs.
Simpson's came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Courteous service, up-front and fair pricing, and no mid-job surprises. I had a broad range of services performed on a 10-year old, low mileage car, and was happy with the turn-around, pricing, and results.
Went here for a second opinion, before I could even mention my concerns with the prior quote, they promised me they’d tell me straight up what was wrong & how to handle it. Very trustworthy guys - I ended up needing new pads and rotors all the way around, but they approached it with fixing the rear first and then testing out before recommending the front as well. Turns out the first shop was trying to upsell me big time. Great experience here, the fix was quick & I’ll be going back!
