Our stay was a pleasant surprise from one moment to the next. Our room, much like the hotel itself, was clean and welcoming. First thing we checked for was bedbugs and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. We were very satisfied with the attention to detail, the breakfast options, the customer service, responses to feedback, and the comfortable atmosphere. The pool was well maintained and very relaxing. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay memorable!
Thank you for your hospitality! We were able to stop, ask how much fir a room and do you have NBC on your TVs. She said Yes and let us check to make sure. We were able to watch the Packers Pittsburg game on NBC in a nice room and have a good night's sleep after the game. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Showered in the morning, we had waffles, then continued our travels home. It was great! Thank you again!

Happened today October 27, 2025. Front desk employee did not demonstrate customer service empathy when we arrived at the breakfast place at 9:01 am, thinking closing time was at 9:30 am. We found fridge closed and he did not try to help us to get the yogurt we needed. Just gave us “the look” and continue checking his phone . With so many options for food lodging, we will never return to this hotel .
Off the main road. Nice and clean. Good size rooms, newer decor. Great pressure an hot water. Only fault, no usb outlets
Hotel is great. Staff terrible. The night person at the front desk was the rudest most unfriendly, unprofessional person ever. She had a bad attitude the whole time. Didn’t greet us or say anything like how can I help you. She just sat there and stared at us. Terrible, worst front desk staff ever. I can’t believe company’s hire such unprofessional rude people like her to work at the front desk.
