Josh was the absolute best. I had a fantastic room and an overall great experience. Some of the other people at the front were polite and nice but Josh is an absolute gem to the hotel. And I'm not sure if I had any other member would that outcome been as great.I had one of the best experiences I've had at the hotel and working with him probably was a major reason why. Room was another standout and for the most part everything was top of its class. I didn't get my typical late check out and it's probably because I asked someone else about it and not Josh. Ok it was an *availability thing" which I understood but I still thought for a moment "is this because the person responding this time I haven't worked with since coming to the property??" Overall I would recommend this hotel if you're in Cleveland. If I ever come back I'll likely stay here again. I think it would still depend on the staff to excel at great service if I did.
This was my second stay at the Kimpton Schofield Hotel, and I likely would have never discovered it if it weren't for the American Express Hotel Collection. What a gem! The location is perfect, especially for someone new to Cleveland. You're within walking distance of Playhouse Square, Rocket Arena, Progressive Field, East 4th Street, Public Square, restaurants, nightlife, and many of downtown's most popular attractions. It's also conveniently situated for visiting friends and family, shopping, or attending events on either the east or west side of town. As a dog-friendly hotel, it's an especially great option for pet owners. The staff is consistently amazing, welcoming, and attentive, and the valet service makes arrival and departure smooth sailing every time. The suites are beautifully designed, the fitness center is well-equipped, and I highly recommend checking out the Family Suite with its full kitchen and bunk bed room. It's a thoughtful setup for families or longer stays. Don't miss Betts, the hotel's restaurant. The food is outstanding and was one of the highlights of our visit. After two excellent experiences, the Kimpton Schofield has officially become my go-to place whenever I'm back in my hometown of Cleveland. Highly recommend!

Great service for my family and friends. My mom felt like a queen. My husband and I absolutely loved the Van Gogh Suite. Marissa and the team were so easy to work with. Food was great at Bett's, and the valets were amazing. Our guests loved the wine tastings and morning coffee. Highly recommend if you're looking for a wedding hotel!
Our first time downtown Cleveland and this hotel made it a wonderful experience. Valet parking is worth the $55 overnight. The water pressure was strong, the beds were firm but comfortable, we had to wait a little after 4 to check in because our room wasn’t quite ready but they did give us a free drink pass for the bar so that was friendly. We will definitely be coming back!
The room was very clean, and both the towels and sheets were fresh and spotless. The hotel’s location is convenient, with several restaurants and lounges nearby. One thoughtful touch was the earplugs provided on the nightstand. After hearing traffic and motorcycles throughout the night, I can say they were definitely needed. Overall, the cleanliness and location were great, but light sleepers should be aware that street noise can be an issue.
