I had good memorable memories with Precision Motorworks. Back then I had 1988 BMW M3 E30 it was in 1994 (about 32yrs ago) and i had some regular service and maintenance at Precision Motorworks. I remembered one of the service done was replacing the whole radiator unit with the hoses set. I was in Seattle for my University degree and working experience before i go back for good to Jakarta Indonesia in 2001. I post the pictures that i found was taken at Precision 32yrs ago as good memory. Im sorry if i forgot your name, the person with beard is it Andrew? Im not sure if you still remember me because its been a very long time ago. Its nice to have met you sir and thank you for your help back then to keep my M3 running
I brought my 1997 Audi A8 to Precision to perform what was essentially a complete mechanical restoration of the car. I had another shop replace the timing belt and water pump and perform a transmission service, but everything they had touched was leaking. Precision was able to repair all of the other shop's shoddy work and also managed to source a kit that has been out of production for years to replace all of my 30 year old front suspension components. They will be the only ones I trust with my old German cars going forward!

I went in for a simple oil change, and they did a full inspection while they had my car. They came back with this long list of things they claimed I needed to get done right away. They told me my Audi had an immediate coolant leak that couldn't wait, but it turned out to be completely made up. I took my car to a few other repair shops, including the actual Audi dealership service center, and absolutely nobody could find a leak. I don't trust these guys at all now and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Just a heads up to be careful because they will definitely try to rip you off.
We had an amazing experience with Precision Motorworks and truly can’t recommend them enough. We came to them after another repair shop caused damage to my husband’s Audi, and they handled everything with such professionalism and care from start to finish. What stood out the most was how honest and transparent they were. They took the time to walk us through what actually needed to be fixed without ever pressuring us into unnecessary or overly expensive repairs. It felt like they genuinely had our best interest in mind, which is rare to find. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they completely restored our confidence after a stressful situation with the previous shop. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the entire process felt smooth and trustworthy. If you’re looking for a mechanic who is skilled, fair, and truly stands behind their work, this is the place to go. We’re so grateful we found them.
Great, Honest, Communicative, Detail Oriented, Knowledgeable. Recently moved here from the East Coast and have shopped around for services for my Porsche Macan GTS. They were extremely helpful and offered fair/favorable pricing over other local Indy Shops that service foreign/German cars. I brought in the car for a Timing Cover Reseal, Oil Change, Brakes, Spark Plugs and Ignition Coil replacement and am definitely satisfied with the work. Not to mention, cleaning the Engine Bay was a nice surprise! Joey and Steff are great at sharing updates, providing flexible options and would recommend this place for anyone looking to have their car serviced in great hands.
