DO NOT STAY HERE Nothing luxury about this, not a hotel, not a place to bring kids, no one knows what they’re doing, they will lie to you and when you follow up about it everyone says it’s someone else’s job to handle it. Promised me 2pm check-in over the phone. Also told me there’s a restaurant in the building I could sit in (was cold outside) until room was ready if I arrived before 2. When I arrived at 2 the room had not been cleaned from previous guest. I had to flag down a cleaner who had to radio to another cleaner to “rush the cleaning” and it was still not ready until after 3 which is the advertised check-in time. The “restaurant” is a bodega where they serve food. There are no seats inside. You can sit outside in an alley where I was with all my luggage as a circle of homeless guys smoked a blunt right next to me. Room smelled like some kind of wood finish or adhesive. Had my door pounded down randomly by a maintenance guy answering a call from the previous guest that I was never made aware of and he had to work on the fridge during my stay. Other than a girl Janelle who was helpful, no one that works here knows anything. I received wrong information from everyone else I was in contact with on all matters. I was told they offer a shuttle to the airport. They never said they charge for this but they do. They texted me during my stay a coupon for $5 to the “restaurant” downstairs with a link. Clicked link > restaurant menu > ordered food, no $5. They’ve been telling me they’ll refund me and it’s weeks later they never did. I’m told the CEO is reviewing my requests lol. The CEO… Don’t stay here. UPDATE: Responding to management’s response. I have the audio file of the phone call where they promised 2pm checkin BEFORE I booked the room. They didn't say "try" they said I could checkin at 2. They still haven’t even sent me the $5. The guy I spoke to told me he’d personally refund me the money for the uber to the hotel admitting the confusion over the shuttle service was on them and I told him not to worry as he told me he has 4 daughters and he told me the “CEO” would likely reimburse me. She did not.

I booked this property expecting a clean and comfortable stay — what I got was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, the kitchen was filthy, with dirty dishes and utensils put away in the cabinets as if they were clean. Even worse, there was a roach infestation. We saw roaches crawling on the walls and floors, including inside the bedrooms. I have photos and videos documenting everything. Despite bringing these issues to the host’s attention immediately, the solution offered was to “clean and inspect” while we were gone — something that should have been done before any guest arrived. The space was unsanitary, unsafe, and not fit for guests. To make matters worse, Airbnb only offered a 30% refund on a stay that cost nearly $700, even though the conditions were well-documented and clearly unacceptable. This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a health and sanitation issue. I strongly urge anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. And I’m deeply disappointed in Airbnb’s lack of accountability and real resolution. Photos and videos have been attached to this review so that future guests know exactly what to expect.
The apartment was cozy and spacious! It has everything you need: the kitchen with utensils, microwave, coffee machine etc. It has also the washer and dryer, big closet in one of the rooms. It is right in downtown and walkable distance for everything. The only thing is lacking restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s great place to stay.
Unfortunately this is not as advertised. Very poor area with an increased amount of homelessness. Trying to enter the building was a task. The building and room had a toxic chemical smell about it. The apartment is far from luxurious. People standing and shouting in the hallway all night - the room was right by the lift. The multi story car park is close by but the parking staff are not friendly and keep your car keys in an open, unlocked drawer, free for anyone to help themselves. We didn’t even last 12hours and we checked out and went elsewhere. When asking for a refund the host stated that no refund was possible and they could have resolved the issues - this is not true as I had messaged them for help to enter the building and I got no response. This room was not booked under my name, it was booked under my husbands. Do not stay here! 10/11/2025 - response to owners reply. As stated, it was booked under my husbands name. Also, the communication is under my husbands name. If you carefully read through the multiple reviews from previous guests, we all complain about the same thing - the safety and smell being the main concern. Your response seems to be automated to a lot of the responses. It doesn’t matter that it is close an authority’s office, it is still unsafe at night time. On a better note, we had a fabulous 2 night stay at the Fairmont Dallas and it was walkable distance to some lovely restaurants and we felt much safer as we were able to relax.
This place is far from luxury and far from 4 star hotel. These people clearly never been to a 4 star hotel. It’s is conveniently located downtown close to good areas, but the building is in a very sketchy and run down looking area with many strange looking people around. The apartment was big with nice kitchen and nicely furnished. Overall very clean. Besides that this place was terrible and it smelled really bad. We stayed there 2 nights, and 2 days later all my clothes still stink of the smell in the room. It’s some sort of chemical smell that also gave me headaches. We booked through Airbnb and complained but we received no response. The entrance to get into the building looks like you are entering a jail. The keypad is covered in metal bars giving impression of high crime building. I would never stay here again. I strongly question 5 star reviews because I don’t know any reasonable normal person who’d rate this place higher than 2, so they must be fake. To respond to comment below, I stayed at your property and reservation was under my friend’s name. It’s definitely your property because it was Amyfinehouse when I found this property. I washed my clothes twice now and the smell only went away after 2nd wash and a lot of baking soda. Not sure what I’m going to do about my shoes and luggage bag. We received a partial refund from Airbnb but the ruined experience, clothes and my bags isn’t worth the refund. Stay away!
