Calling around for roof quotes was getting old. Most places sent me to voicemail or had some answering service take a message. Optiroof picked up on the second ring and had someone scheduled to come look at the roof within a few days. The guy who showed up took his time on the roof, then came down and sat at the kitchen table with me to talk with me to walk through what he saw. I asked a lot of questions because I didn't really know what I was looking at, and he answered all of them without making me feel dumb about it. Got the written estimate that same evening in my inbox. Install was set for about three weeks later, which was fine with me. They got going early both days and had the whole thing done in two. What surprised me was the cleanup. I keep waiting to step on a nail in the yard and it just hasn't happened. Final invoice came in at the exact number on the estimate, not a dollar off. If the roof ever goes, I know who I'm calling.

did our roof replacement and it went about as smooth as you could hope for. showed up when they said they would, worked through the day and finished next morning. new shingles look good and the cleanup was solid. price matched the quote which is always a plus. nothing crazy to report which in roofing terms means they did their job right. thats all i wanted
