I hired Chicago Siding & Roofing for a full gutter replacement on our three-story greystone in Lincoln Park and was genuinely impressed by the quality of the materials and the attention to detail during installation. They used seamless aluminum gutters that were fabricated on site, which means fewer joints and less chance of leaks down the road. The crew took the time to check the pitch of every run to make sure water would flow correctly toward the downspouts. They also replaced the fascia boards in a few sections where the old wood had started to soften, painting everything to match perfectly. What stood out most was the cleanup. Running gutters on a three-story building means ladders, scaffolding, and a lot of debris, but by the time they left you would never have known a construction crew was here. Every scrap of metal, every old bracket and piece of caulk was picked up. The driveway and sidewalk were spotless. It is not often you see a crew that takes that much pride in the finishing details.
I needed some gutters replaced and also had a section of fascia board that was rotted out. I reached out to Chicago Siding & Roofing and they were able to squeeze me in pretty quickly. The crew that came out was very efficient. They removed the old gutters and the bad fascia, installed the new board, and had the new seamless gutters up in just a few hours. The quality of the work is excellent, you can tell they took their time to make sure everything was level and sealed correctly. They also cleaned up all the debris from the old gutters before they left. It's a smaller job compared to a full roof, but they treated it with the same importance. I would definitely use them again for any future exterior work.

Greg and his team were incredibly professional. They offered a very competitive price and wanted to make sure I was happy with their workmanship every step of the way. We hired Chicago Siding & Roofing to replace our entire flat roof on our Lincoln Park Condo. Greg's team did not have to come in the house once which was very nice during the current covid times. They did a great job cleaning up and leaving no remnants when they were done. I would highly recommend them for any roofing & siding work.
Just over a year ago, Chicago Siding & Roofing replaced our roof and gutters. That went great. Now, over a year later, we realized that one of the gutters wasn't draining where it really should be. I contacted the company and Greg, the owner wrote back immediately saying they would fix it. Two pleasant fellows just drove off in their truck after finishing the job. Chicago Siding & Roofing's people told us we would be taken care of as their customers. It's totally true. If you need a roof, in our opinion there's no need to call anyone else.
Excellent company, their quote was lower than another accomplished Roofing company, even though Chicago Siding & Roofing was doing additional work on my roof. Greg answered all my numerous questions and emails promptly. Received an estimate the day after reviewing my problematic roof and they did the work within a week. (Never received an estimate from the other company even though it has been almost a week.). They were honest and went over the problem areas that needed to be repaired (the other company tried to get me to put on a new roof). They arrived on time and worked thoroughly and professionally. The whole experience was stress free. I will definitely use them in the future when I need a new roof.
