Receptionist was extremely rude. I called as a new patient and wanted to make an appointment, I was notified that the office was not accepting new patients which I completely understand then the receptionist just completely hung up on me. I do not like leaving negative reviews but someone in health care with that attitude should not be answering phones.
Absolutely love Dr. Reiff and her whole staff! I've only loved one other family practice/general practitioner in my LOOOONNNG lifetime, and she moved to Texas. (The only other doctor I ever loved was the infectious disease specialist, Dr. Christopher Crowe, who saved my life after I got a staph infection in my c-section.) If you want a doctor who is thorough and knowledgeable and kind, come to see Dr. Reiff at her practice. Nothing fancy, just KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, and outstanding BEDSIDE MANNER.

I went to Dr. Reiff when I lived in Phoenix. I moved away 11 years ago. No one has been a great of a doctor as she is. She is such a caring and compassionate woman and doctor. I say woman as well because she listens like a friend but addresses things quickly and professionally being a doctor. She is very knowledgeable and can handle many situations right in her office but if she needs to send you to a specialist, her team has that taken care of right away. Thank you Dr. Reiff for all your great care. ❤
Dr.Reiff is the best! She is so considerate she takes the time to listen to everything you have to say she's never in a rush to get to the next patient she wants to make sure that all of your needs are taken care of first, and she is also very funny, I'm so glad that I came across her and that she's been my doctor for the past 18 years I can't imagine having anyone else as my doctor.
