Chris and his crew came in to replace a severely damaged subfloor and retile our primary bathroom. From start to finish Chris was prompt, honest. What they quoted was exactly what we paid. They followed the timeline I was given up front. Renovation and restorations can be stressful, but honestly they made it pretty stressful free! Would 100% use for any future projects.

We just used Indiana Residentail for the second time, and have been very happy with them on both occasions. They did a great job on a kitchen remodel in 2021, and recently helped us with a guest bath remodel. Highly recommend!
Crawl space insulation removal due to squirrel damage, encapsulation painting of all surfaces, and moisture barrier replacement. Danny and Cody were great, explained the process, and executed the work quickly and professionally. The project site was cleaner after they left than I had it before they started. I would recommend Indiana Residential for crawl space remediation work.
