Just incredible - I did the tasting menu, “Bellie Up” I got a taste of the majority of not all the highlights. I highly recommend, if a group or three or less, to sit at the kitchen counter and watch the magic. You’ll get to chat with the chefs (if you want) and watch them do their thing - whether your food or others. Service was impeccable, nailing the balance between helpful/friendly and letting me enjoy my meal. The pierogi was the best I’ve ever had - and as a northeastern I’ve had MANY. The shrimp toast and carrots with labneh were other highlights. As was the burger - holy geez!! Smash burger heaven. The Dirt Bowl dessert was a twist on the classic worth the visit. If you are in Cleveland, I can only recommend trying to make a reservation.
10/10 experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely incredible, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. We especially LOVED the shrimp toast and the burnt carrots You can really tell how much care goes into the menu. And our bartender, Haylee, was more than words could describe. She guided us through the menu with such knowledge and enthusiasm, made the most amazing drinks, and genuinely made us feel like she was happy we were there. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it made our night even more special. We will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone we know and cannot wait to come back to try more of the menu. Already looking forward to our next visit! AND YES GET THE FRIED PIEROGI

Nice service and great environment. The carrot Mohammara and the burger are definitely done very well. All the flavor works. Unfortunately only four stars because the shrimp toast is a bit more on the greasy side and the biggest mistake was the cauliflower all I can taste is the propane. Kinda ruined the meal for me
I’ve been looking forward to trying Cordelia for a while, and while the atmosphere and service were great, the food was a massive disappointment. For the price point, we expected much better execution. The Good: The atmosphere is fantastic. We sat in the main dining room, but the open kitchen counter looks like a great spot to watch the chefs. I love the farm-to-table concept and the local ingredients. Our server was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and gave a great overview of the family-style menu. It’s clear the front-of-house staff works hard. The Food & Flow: Unfortunately, the food was very underwhelming. We started with cocktails and the farmer's cheese; both were great, but that was the only highlight. We then had the burnt carrots; they tasted old and were served cold, which felt very odd. The biggest disappointment was the Steak Cordelia. We ordered it medium, but it arrived rare, cold, chewy, and very bland. Only the fermented veggies on the side were enjoyable. The timing was also very off. The appetizers came fast, but the steak took forever, making it impossible to eat the dishes together as a family-style meal should be. Logistics: Parking in that area is a huge headache. The restaurant mentions $12 validation, but the process is not intuitive. We used the valet immediately next to the restaurant, assuming it was the correct one, but ended up paying a $35 "event rate" (despite no apparent event scheduled that weekend). Ultimately, it was unclear to us which valet actually honors the discount, and while the restaurant doesn’t control the lots, this, combined with a cold, mediocre meal, made for an expensive, frustrating night. Final Thoughts: You're paying for the "vibe" here, but the kitchen didn't deliver on the basics of flavor, temperature, or timing. I wouldn't recommend this place, given the other amazing options in Cleveland.
Stopped into Cordelia with my family for drinks on a very busy evening back in late November, and the place was absolutely buzzing. We grabbed seats at the bar, which felt like the right move given the energy in the room. The cocktails were fun, thoughtful, and definitely not your standard bar menu fare. Everything we tried was well balanced and clearly crafted with intention — the flavors were unexpected in a good way and very much in line with Cordelia “do things differently” vibe. The only small knock is that the pours felt a bit modest for the price, but the quality and creativity helped balance that out. Staff handled the crowd well, stayed friendly, and kept things moving despite how packed it was. Overall, it’s a lively spot with a strong point of view when it comes to drinks. If you’re into inventive cocktails and don’t mind a busy, energetic atmosphere, Cordelia is absolutely worth checking out. 🍸
