I’ve had phenomenal experiences coming to this location, consistently. The ladies at the front desk are super helpful, every nurse has been great, I’ve never had a long wait time (even for last minute visits due to illness), and Dr. Nabbout is wonderful. Also, their phlebotomist is top tier - no bruising, no being stabbed 8,000 times, and suuuuuper quick.
Dr. M Jacob’s is truly one of the best primary care physicians I have ever had. I enjoy speaking with her as well as she really does care, she takes all my concerns seriously and is always so kind!
I've had appointments here 3 times. All 3 times they tried to charge for labs/visits fully covered by insurance. Business office is slow rude and unhelpful. Lab plays dumb. Medical care may be okay, but these guys are out to rip you off, patients are dollar-signs only to them. Avoid.

Dr Marian Oommen is a very good listener, engages the patient to address concerns and offering treatment options, etc. Also, both she and her team are responsive to messages
A clean, easy to locate, and conveniently central location. Dr Jacob is amazing. Great energy. My previous PCP was awesome but it's just too far now. I love the treatment that I received, and I'll be returning. I checked in ahead of time using the online portal. Recommended. There is a parking garage attached.
