Mr. Roof Nashville

I would not recommend this company! They wrapped my front porch post and left them hanging over my porch a little bit. I was told that they had to for structure support purposes. They started to slide off and when I called and requested them replaced with 6x6's I bought, I was told I would have to pay. They have started sliding after 8 months and I have to pay for it? They lie about there warranty and there work is crap! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I love my 2009 roof of chateau brown to this day its excellent. Way to go Mr. Roof I will use your company again when needed. Thank you so much.. Its nice to have true good service.

We recently discovered a leak in the area where Mr. Roof removed a chimney and repaired the roof approximately four years ago. Based on the location, it became clear that the leak originated from that repair area. We called Mr Roof to send an inspector. To Mr. Roof’s credit, their inspector was extremely honest and professional throughout the process. He openly acknowledged that the leak was the result of improper workmanship / improper installation by Mr Roof and advocated internally for the company to help make things right. I truly appreciated his integrity and willingness to be straightforward with us. Unfortunately, despite their own inspector confirming the issue was caused by their work, management refused to take responsibility or assist with correcting the problem because the repair only carried a 90-day warranty. They also refused to reasonably reduce the quote for repair or stand behind the quality of the original workmanship. I understand warranties have limits, but when a company’s own inspector confirms that damage was caused by their improper installation, I believe the company should do the right thing and stand behind its work. That was very disappointing, especially after trusting them with a major repair to our home.
