Service Experts Cincinnati just finished installing a new hot water heater and Halo water softener/purification system in my house and I am so happy and pleased with their work. Technician, Dylan Grim, was extremely experienced and skilled in his work. The installation work is precise and neat even though he was limited by some tight spaces. Great experience today for both HVAC and Plumbing services. Puspa and Tyler were punctual and efficient, as well as extremely knowledgeable about the systems in my home. They both provided recommendations along with several options for various levels of investment, which was very helpful.
Our air conditioner went out on Sunday. Brian was here first thing Monday morning. Called to give a heads up and was right on time. Very informative and very polite an knowledgeable! Will never use anyone else!
