Trueworks Roofing is the most professional, high level, roofing company we have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I recently had to replace my roof after storm damage, and I’m thrilled with the work done by TrueWorks Roofing. They removed my old roof and installed Malarkey Vista Class 4 shingles, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Although there were a couple of minor issues during the installation, the team caught and resolved them immediately, often before I even noticed. Their responsiveness to my questions was exceptional—whenever I reached out, they were there to help. Jessica Dingle, our salesperson, was absolutely amazing! Her positive energy and thoroughness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Owner Laura Cole and her husband Josh were also fantastic. They were readily available by phone and text, always explaining the process clearly and even assisting with our insurance claim. Their dedication truly reflected the family-owned business atmosphere, with a genuine commitment to perfection. I’d like to give a shoutout to Project Manager Evan for being so polite and attentive, and to Gabriel for his meticulous inspection work, ensuring everything was flawless. Laura and her team are amazing. I had a very compressed timeline due to my insurance threatening to drop me, and Laura was able to get everything done with plenty of time to spare. She made the entire process incredibly easy, and was able to calm my anxiety on our very first visit. Angel and the rest of the crew are amazing. Their work was perfect, and they finished in a single day. Pictures were shared throughout the whole process, so there was never any question about how far they were, or what step, or anything. In addition, my yard and driveway were left cleaner than when they arrived. I cannot recommend TrueWorks Roofing enough! They are great people doing great work!
From sales through installation, the TrueWorks team was great to work with. They are patient, knowledgable and passionate about roofing. The quality of materials they sell and the techniques they use to install are best in class. They did a standing seam metal roof on my home in February 2025 where they worked around the snow storm, and they didn't miss a beat. We are elated with the final product, and we are also pleasantly surprised that the metal roof stays very quiet through heavy rain storms. I assume a lot of it has to do with the proper installation of the roofing system. The crew was respectful and kept the property clean, and they did a thorough job with the install. As with any serious construction project, I did have a couple minor/cosmetic concerns -- and the mark of a great company is how they handle it. Jessica, Joel, Laura, Alex, Gabriel and the whole team worked to make everything right. I have and will continue to recommend this team.
