We got a downspout repair done on 08JUL26. It was a very unique job that no one could help us with. We attempted to get the issue fixed without success and rainwater leaked and a crack appeared on the foundation. When Andy arrived we explained the issue and told him we need a set up as our neighbors. Andy said it can be done better. After talking to his manager he promised a price, bought parts from Home Depot and got to work the same day. The finish was amazing! Not a single drop of water leaks now. We have so many plants in that area and Andy was so careful not to crush any. The professionalism we got from this company and their quality of work is incomparable. We will get their help in the future. Told our neighbors about the company as well. Thank you!
Parker fixed our commode today that was leaking. He replaced the wax ring and flange. He did a remarkable job that did entail some extra work repairing the flange. He left the bathroom clean and neat. He was cleanly dressed,and was polite and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend him and the company he works for!!

Matthew Pieper was my dude! I had a toilet issue where it was sitting two shims high and rocking back and forth. We even had a flood on Easter, so I had a pretty good idea something wasn’t right. After doing some “YouTube University,” I figured the flange was too high and the wax seal was probably shot—especially since the house is from the 60s. Matthew came out, listened to everything I explained, and didn’t brush it off. He said, “Let’s pull the toilet and see what we’re working with,” which I really respected. Sure enough, once he pulled it, it was exactly what I thought—a bad flange, bad wax seal, and the flange sitting way too high. From there, he got to work. He removed/repaired the flange, ground down the cast iron pipe so everything sat level with the floor, installed a new flange properly, and reset the toilet. Now the toilet sits solid and level—no rocking, no issues. And just like YouTube University, he knocked it out professionally. These guys aren’t corner cutters. I had a whole week of studying this stuff—hours every day—so I knew what needed to be done. Watching him work, he did it exactly how it should be done, step by step, with real professionalism. What stood out to me was that he actually listened, confirmed the problem, and then fixed it the right way instead of cutting corners. Super professional, knew his stuff, and made the whole process smooth. On top of that, they even sent a quality check guy right behind him to inspect the work. He showed up about 15 minutes after Matt left, which honestly impressed me even more. That level of follow-up says a lot about the company. If you get Matthew, you’re in good hands. Totally professional quality work and done when stated for a reasonable price. New water heater and water treatment system installed today and totally satisfied. Brad the plumber gave us an estimate and he came back and installed the job which was great to have the same guy both bid and do the work. I have had One Tom plumbing do all my work over the past 2 years and they are fantastic.
Cullen did a great job! Fixed the sink line perfectly, was fast and clean. Would definitely want him to come back!!
