We have been calling RR Heating Solutions for furnace repair and heating system help at our Dayton home for many years. they have always been able to get our heat back on fast and at a fair price. When the furnace at my other Dayton home stopped working during cold weather, we first contacted another heating company and the estimate was much higher than expected. Since we had already trusted them for so long, we asked for another estimate for a new all electric heat pump and furnace replacement setup. Within a few days, they sent jamie out to inspect the system and explain our options. the estimate came in much lower than the other quote, and everything was explained in simple terms. We agreed to move forward with a new high efficiency heating and heat pump system, and soon after that the install team arrived to do the work. The crew was professional, polite, and efficient from start to finish. they kept us updated on arrival time, removed the old equipment, installed the new system, checked the airflow, thermostat, and duct connections, and made sure the furnace and heating functions were running the right way before leaving. The whole job was completed smoothly, and the new system has been working great ever since. Our home feels more comfortable, the heating runs more efficiently, and the energy use has been better too. We really could not have asked for a better furnace repair and replacement experience. This review was long overdue, and we are very thankful for the excellent service.
we have used this hvac team for many years, and this time they really helped us out. after a maintenance check, we knew our air conditioner was near the end of its service life. they offered a fair price and installed a better, more efficient ac system than the one we had before. during the inspection, they also found a cracked heat exchanger in the furnace, so it was a good idea to replace it before colder weather set in across ohio. within a short time, they returned to install a new furnace, and the whole process went very smoothly. just like before, the pricing was competitive, the service was excellent, and the installation was finished in one day. nolan and jamie were outstanding installers. they explained the main system features, walked us through thermostat operation, airflow basics, and what to expect from the new heating and cooling equipment after the job was done. they were friendly, skilled, and clearly knew furnace and ac installation very well. they also did a great job working around our three dogs and kept everything organized and clean. replacing both a furnace and air conditioner is a big investment, but we are very happy with the full experience, from diagnosis to final startup. we also really value the preventive maintenance plan. landon has been servicing our hvac equipment for a long time, coming out twice a year to check system performance, clean components, and make sure everything keeps running efficiently. always professional, honest, and easy to talk to.
