I contacted over 15 HVAC companies near me and discovered that Tiger Air offers the best combination of price and service compared to all others. The process was quick; their technicians are willing to stay extra hours to complete the job thoroughly, and they won't leave until you're completely satisfied with their work. Out of all the companies I contacted—more than 15—they provided the most attractive deal along with excellent service. If you need HVAC assistance, I highly recommend calling them instead of looking elsewhere. Whether you need to install a new furnace or air conditioning unit, they respond faster than any other local company. They will provide a quick estimate with the best deal in town within a day, and once you agree to pay or arrange financing, they will complete the installation promptly. I want to highlight that Phill, one of their team members, will assist you with financing options. Unlike other companies that may require you to handle payments through complex phone procedures, Phill is very helpful and ready to answer all your questions. The entire team works efficiently, professionally, and very friendly—everyone did their job quickly and politely. They are undoubtedly the best team in town. I am spending these five minutes writing this review because they truly did an excellent job, quickly and reliably. Although you need to pay 80% upfront before the work begins, they also offer financing through their friendly bankers, allowing you to pay off the balance the next day. The job was completed perfectly. I rate them 100 out of 100—the best in town.

Tiger Air is one of the best HVAC companies in Parma. Our furnace died during a cold snap, and Phil (the owner) personally came out on a Friday evening to help. He went above and beyond, searching for parts for our older unit and providing us with space heaters to keep our home safe and warm while we figured out a plan. After deciding to purchase a new system was the best option, the installation team was equally impressive. They were efficient, professional, and very respectful of our home. They replaced our furnace, A/C, and a leaking water heater all in one day. Phil made the process easy by bundling everything into a very competitive and transparent package. Before leaving, they took the time to explain the new systems and gave us great maintenance tips. While it’s too cold to test the A/C, they assured us they’ll be back to assist if we have any issues when the weather warms up. Having a 10-year parts and labor warranty gives us huge peace of mind. I’m incredibly pleased with the level of service we received!
We called Tiger Air to determine why our AC wouldn't turn on. Scheduling an appointment was simple. The next day, Theo (pronounced Tay-Oh) arrived and helped us out. He was kind, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Also had a great personality! He was in and out in no time, sharing updates and insights with us as he worked. If you call Tiger Air, ask for Theo. He's a great guy and does excellent work.
Tiger installed our furnace and air conditioning and has serviced it since installation. We have never had anything other than excellent service. We had an annual check up done today — service tech was knowledgeable & efficient & answered my questions. We are very satisfied Tiger customers. Strong recommend.
Phil from Tiger Air came to our house on a Saturday when we had water pooling in the basement floor from our furnace when the central air was turned on. He was able to identify the issue and fix it.
