I was very pleased with my interaction and repairs at Indy Auto Repairs! They were able to get me in the same day and the price was very reasonable. Crystal (sp?) also went above and beyond looking over paperwork on previous repairs at another repair shop. Will definitely take my car there when needed for future repairs and recommend them to anyone I know!
This place is absolutely wonderful! My new choice for car repair if I ever need it. Let me tell you from the booking an appointment to the estimate and repair cost everything was top notch. My car was serviced in one day which in 2026 is amazing!!! Thank you so much for getting my Ruby back running canister valve replaced, no more check engine light for me. If I could rate 10 stars 🌟 I would! You guys ROCK! I'll be sending all my friends who need car repairs.

I had a coolant leak on my 2012 Ford Fusion, brought it here and had the water pump, thermostat, and intake cover gasket replaced. They got the job done in about 6 hours.Parts and labor Cost was $721 which I thought was reasonable. They inspected the vehicle and told me exactly what was wrong right away inspection was $120 but they take that off the price of parts and labor if you decide to get the work done w them. Went back a few weeks later and had new brakes put on my 08 Sierra. Back Drum brakes and shoes, and front pads. I bought the back drums and front pads at O'Reilly's and they put them on for me. They discovered I also needed rear shoes. Labor price was 430 but they also ordered the back shoes for me. Overall I was Very pleased w the work and thought the prices were Fair. Also the Beautiful young Lady at the Front desk was So Nice and Helpful every step of the way which made my experience even better. 5 Stars For Sure
I unfortunately went to a mobile mechanic before coming to Indy Auto Repairs & they completely messed my truck up. THANKFULLY, IAR were able to fix every issue the mobile mechanic caused on top of fixing the initial issue, explain what the problem was & how it was being fixed. They were very informative, patient and also quick. I believe my car was there for a total of 3 days. Oh & the receptionist was a breath of fresh air, she was so sweet and funny. They will forever have a customer out of me & will be my go to recommendation for all auto repairs! Very reasonably priced as well!
My car’s floorboard flooding whenever it rained was misdiagnosed as relating to the AC system (shame on me for not seeking a second opinion because this barely made sense). I was then told that for $600, they could come in on Saturday to disassemble part of the dashboard to dry out some components. Being worried about further interior damage as a result of this issue, I opted in. Saturday rolled around and I still hadn’t heard anything by mid-afternoon. No one picked up when I called. In a panic over needing my car back by Monday, I messaged the company on Facebook and thankfully received a response. From this response, and the fact that they’re closed over the weekend, I suspected that my car hadn’t even been touched. I picked up my car about an hour later and $600 poorer, highly skeptical that anything was actually done. Shocker that the flooding issue persisted afterwards. After going back-and-forth with them for a few days - which involved me constantly having to reach out, even using a different phone number at one point in order to get in touch with someone - I gave up, no longer wanting to deal with them. The issue ended up being the windshield which I got fixed somewhere else for a whopping $160. While initially impressed by this shop’s friendliness during my first encounter with them, after this hellish experience I would never recommend and would go so far as to call them fraudulent.
