Dr. Mackey is not receptive to discussing any options other than what she has already determined. She does not actually evaluate the patient but orders tests in stead of clinical judgement.. I t is frustrating,and difficult to get her to reply to questions and is not help and her office does not respond in a timely manner. Would not recommend.
I had an appointment with Dr. Mackey for an annual physical. I had some difficulty with the employees at the front desk checking me in, but Dr. Mackey and her medical assistant were great. I did not have to wait long to see them, and they both had very pleasant personalities and were thorough and accurate in their work.
Thorough, professional, kind and compassionate but most importantly, she is a terrific doctor.
