I’ve truly never had a bad experience here and I’ve been here countless times. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. I love that it doesn’t feel like an urgent care at all, because it’s not the cold and lifeless clinic environment we’re all used to. Out of any urgent care I’ve ever been to, the doctors here are the absolute best; they have an incredible skill set of knowledge and do as much as they possibly can. I always leave with my expectations blown out of the water. This experience has urged me to seek out healthcare providers who actually work hard to find out what’s going on instead of just running basic tests and then telling you you’re fine, when you feel unwell. I’m so incredibly grateful for their care over these past many years. It feels exactly to me like seeing my doctor in clinic, except without the wait when it’s urgent. Thank you so much for all you do ❤️
I would not recommend this clinic. And won’t be back. Did not feel welcomed, listened to, or safe. The last interaction was the final straw. I was very disappointed with the care I received. Some staff here lack compassion, care, and professionalism. Was treated very poorly and rudely by the MA. I left without getting treatment.

The Carolyn Downs Clinic is an important medical resource for those with little or no means to our repulsively expensive health care system. The staff is dedicated and their service invaluable. My son has used the clinic...without which, he would be shut out of health care services.
Facilities like this are what make me proud to be living in Washington. Healthcare in this country would be far better off if Carolyn Downs’ practices were replicated. Dr. Martin was compassionate, very well informed, patient, and attentive to my needs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
This has been where I have gone for medical care since 2016. The main clinic has given me good care every time I've been there, though they sometimes have long delays. The walk in and after hours clinics have been a great help. I also get mental health counseling here. It's great.
