We hired this company to fix a leak in our shower plumbing the technician Hunter seemed to be doing a fine job and told us the work was done and fixed but once he left we ran the shower and it was still leaking. Knowing we have a 90 day service warranty we called the company immediately and were told by the call service center that someone would be calling us back soon we did not receive a call. Over the next 3 days my husband and I reached out to the company several times each time being told we would be called back in a “few minutes” with no return calls. I reached out on Facebook messenger in hopes to get anyone to respond. No response. Horrible customer service STILL have leaking shower plumbing and no answers as to what to do next or when it can be fixed due to their poor work and even worse customer service. When we called to schedule the initial service they were very quick to call us back to schedule but now that there’s a problem with their work they are somehow now impossible to get ahold of. Would not recommend and will be disputing the charge for this service with the credit card company.
Wanted to take the time to give a big shout out to Eric and his son for providing professionalism and service for our plumbing needs. Had issues with outdated toilets and Rooter Master came thru with the experience and knowledge of new products and toilet technology. They installed, tested and cleaned up very well. Then took the time to explain everything that I had questions about. I would highly recommend these guys and this company to anyone with plumbing needs!

Rooter Master phone staff is very cordial and professional. The plumbers, Hunter and Jeremy, arrived on time and did an awesome job install our 60 inch vanity, and regulating our toilet flush time. We were so happy they took away the boxes. Two nice hardworking guys.
Today I had Rotor Master come out to give me a free estimate and fix our washer drain. They sent Hunter and Jeremy out to take a look and fix my problem. They called prior to arrival, when they arrive they asked the questions and took a look. They were very professional and worked well together. It turned out to be more work then I thought. When finished they test it until I was satisfied. They did a great job. I would recommend them to my friends and family, and ask for them if needed in the future. For two young guys under 25 years of age they me feel good about the company.
The young men came in and did a fantastic job very professionalism very memorable I really appreciate them taking the time and the effort to do all the things that they did for me They cleaned up behind themselves They conduct themselves as true gentlemen and true professionals
