I’ve had a couple of issues with my car this semester and they are always able to help me in a very timely manner. Staff is kind and friendly, and mechanics will explain the issues I’m running into well. Communication is very good. Really convenient location for college students and families around the area, since it’s right on centre.
First time calling,wanted a price on installing a carrier bearing on my Tacoma.They advertise that they are import specialist,but they imported me elsewhere saying that they couldn’t do it . Guess the work wasn’t easy enough for them.
I have been having recurring problems with my brakes and front axles and Lou’s took care of it right away! I don’t have much experience with my car or repairs, so they were able to help me figure out what I need and advise me on the best course of action for my car. They also made sure to work down the price with the parts dealers and they got my car done a day early! I highly recommend Lou’s to anyone who wants a speedy repair with great customer service!

I only ever take my car to Lou’s. They have worked with me countless times for problems with my Chevy Equinox and have helped me to extend the life of my car significantly. They’re so helpful and have never charged me for checking out the car, only for the work they actually do (unlike the dealership!). They’re honest, fairly priced, and really great to work with. I’ll never go anywhere else!!!!
