Our water heater seemed to run out too quickly and I found a problem where I was sure it needed to be replaced. We requested bids from a number of plumbing companies, and Bluefrog looked at it and then provided a strong bid for complete replacement which included a very nice new water heater and disposal of the old one. I thought it might take a while to get on their schedule and was nervous about how long the old one would last before causing more problems, but they were able to come back out the very next day and complete the work in less than 2 hours! We're very happy with the price, overall service, and quick turnaround.
Our experience with Bluefrog and Shae was excellent from beginning to end. Bluefrog’s recommendation of Gerryn Energy for the electrical work also proved to be a great one. Nick from Gerryn and Shae were able to use our existing electrical setup. Shae did an incredible job, and he and Bluefrog have earned our plumbing business for the foreseeable future. An unexpected issue came up during the installation, as often happens with projects like this, and Shae stayed until nearly 10:30 p.m. to make sure both that we had hot water and completed the install despite the late hour. That level of service was exceptional. Even after such a long and unexpectedly extended day, Shae maintained the same commitment to quality and made sure everything was completed well and is in fact beautiful given his attention to detail. We were extremely impressed and grateful. Great work by the entire team. Thank you.

It was super easy to book with them. I booked an install/replacement water heater consult appointment and was delighted to my surprise that they could even removed & replace my water heater that day!!! They had plenty of options to walk me through and were very considerate of my home. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs!
Highly recommended BlueFrog Plumbing & Drain recently solved a couple plumbing issues at residence. Their technicians (Ian, Eric and Daniel) and Owner, Morgan get high marks for their excellent professionalism, expertise, and courteous customer service skills while resolving my issues. Over a span of a week and a half or so, they replaced a kitchen faucet and a bathroom toilet with high quality fixtures. Their estimates were reasonable, clear and transparently detailed. The technicians were also respectful as they did cleanup before leaving the home. Thank you!
Let me tell you that Bluefrog completed a wonderful job. I needed a new hot water heater. Within minutes from when I called for a referral, they reached out and called me, scheduled to come out to provide a good estimated price and came out the same day. And within a couple of days, they installed the new water heater, and they did the whole job, in just one day; also at an affordable price. I find them very competent, professional and they were able to answer all of my questions. I definitely will add them to my portfolio of vendors, and call them on a yearly basis. Thank you so much!
