From the moment I walked in, they treated me not just like a returning customer, but like family. I brought my vehicle in to have a bolt connected to my brakes replaced and fixed. The service was excellent, quick, reliable, and professional. After running diagnostics, they called me to clearly explain everything that needed to be repaired. Highly recommend Virginia Auto Service! We have been going here for nearly 15 years and totally trust Matt and his team. It is a small business with very honest and friendly service! They will thoroughly inspect your car, prioritize service recommendations, and let you know if it is a safety item that needs to be done immediately, or if it is an item that can wait and be monitored to be done at a later time. They have fair prices and value their customers. They have kept my 2011 Honda Pilot running like new with nearly 145,000 miles on it. I’m new to Arizona and I own 5 cars , which all need maintenance and repairs . Being somewhat untrusting of new mechanics I came here with already having a quote for one of my vehicles from a different local mechanic . This place is quoting 25% higher for A/ C. My car had over 30 miles in gas and they said they needed to charge me to fill it up further . That’s when I left and went to the mechanic that quoted me first . No issue with the gas and did the job for much cheaper with better customer service . This place reeks of shady up charges … my advice go to sun devil auto . They will take better care of you .
Always a good experience at Virginia! They take great care of my truck and are knowledgeable about my brand’s service schedule as major services come up due to my mileage increasing and the wear and tear on my vehicle. They always explain everything in detail and give honest quotes when something needs done. Highly recommend the pros here!
