I have been using Google for many years but I have never felt the need to write a negative review before. I truly hope other ppl read this before deciding to hire them. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First we agreed that a 95% efficiency furnace would be installed for the 2 floor. However, they installed an 80% furnace intended for the 1 floor instead. On top of that my previous HVAC system had malfunctioned because of an old filter, and after completing the installation they put the same old filter back instead of replacing it. Then they returned a few days later to replace the right unit. After the replacement, the hvac began leaking water, and during the installation process they also crushed another pipe located next to my furnace, and the workers also left sharp metal pieces and lil construction debris in my garage all over. Unfortunately, when the city inspection failed because there was no proper barrier, the company installed a permanent bollard drilled into the ground in my garage. The installation was done without my prior consent or proper discussion. My garage is relatively narrow, and the installation of this barrier has significantly reduced the usable parking space and continues to create inconvenience when parking my vehicle. I asked the company to provide an alternative installation to the bollard. And we discussed that rest of payment would be completed after reaching a resolution, and I was told that a manager would contact me soon. However, no one ever contacted me. The next communication I received was not from the company, but from a ***collection agency.*** The fact that they did not even attempt to communicate after promising that a manager would reach out is a clear example of how this company operates to you. The level of disregard for the customer was frustrating, disrespectful, and unnecessarily put me at risk. Because of their lack of communication and poor handling of the situation, my credit score was nearly put at risk over an issue that could have easily been resolved through basic customer communication. Collection agent even mentioned that they had seen multiple cases where customers had similar issues with this company, which was very concerning to hear. Ofc,I had to settle the balance through the collection agency. And of course, they did not offer any alternative solution regarding the bollard. Instead, they told me that if I didnt like it, I could remove it or install other kinds myself. In short, the project involved installing the wrong furnace (80% instead of 95%), water leaks, damage to an existing pipe, a failed inspection with no follow-up, installation of a permanent barrier without my consent, and very poor communication throughout the process. I would never work with this company never again.

Kurt Hodge came to our home to provide an estimate for an exterior electrical lighting project, and we were impressed from the very beginning. He took the time to walk my wife and me through several options, helping us identify the best solution to improve both the appearance and curb appeal of our home. He also clearly explained the modifications we needed to make before installing the new exterior lighting. Within 24 hours, we received a detailed and fair estimate that was better that other bids received. After completing the necessary upgrades, we scheduled the work with Kurt through Seatown Electric. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the project, and delivered outstanding workmanship both inside and outside our home. Kurt is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in his craft. He combines technical expertise with excellent customer service, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for an electrician who is reliable, skilled, and committed to quality work, I highly recommend Kurt Hodge and the team at Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. From the very beginning, everyone I interacted with demonstrated a level of professionalism, honesty, and genuine care that is increasingly hard to find. The team members who came yesterday were straightforward and transparent. Rather than trying to sell me a service they knew they could not properly deliver, they honestly explained that the project was outside the scope of what they could do. That kind of integrity speaks volumes. What impressed me even more was the continuity of support throughout the process. The first representative I spoke with had gone on paternity leave, yet even while spending time with his newborn baby, he continued checking in and communicating to see whether someone else from the company could assist with my project. That level of commitment and personal responsibility is exceptional. I am extremely satisfied with the human quality of the service I received. The team demonstrated seriousness, technical knowledge, honesty, and a sincere desire to help. There is a big difference between simply selling a service and genuinely caring about helping people with your expertise, and this company clearly understands that difference. Thank you for your professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer care.
We used Seatown for a home rewire and heat pump/HVAC installation. The Good: The bids were clear, detailed, and fixed price. The estimators were thorough and easy to work with. All of the technicians were good communicators, contentious, and competent. The Bad: Follow-through and quality control is really poor. For our electrical rewire, they did not even test all of the fixtures and outlets, and several were not connected to the panel. This did not inspire any confidence that the parts of the project we couldn't see were done properly. The HVAC install has failed inspection twice and remains unresolved after constant nagging on my part for nearly two months. The unit still off-gasses a moldy smell when started despite several calls to get it fixed. They are "always working to get it resolved" but nothing ever happens, and we still have a pending permit, stinky mini split, and unfulfilled "customer promises" despite many nearly two months of calls and being on hold. Net-net, they are quick to sign a contract and got us scheduled swiftly, but the quality of the work was questionable and the customer service to address mistakes during the project is awful.
Tyler and Diego from Seatown were absolutely amazing! On top of being skilled electricians and did a great job replacing our circuit board and rewiring our fridge outlet, they were professional, kind, and very pleasant to work with. They even were really patient with our extroverted 6 year old. I couldn’t recommend these two guys enough!
