I recently stayed at the Omni Dallas Hotel for a business trip and had an excellent experience. The location was incredibly convenient, making my trip completely hassle-free. My room was top-notch clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed to unwind after a long day. The food was also fantastic, with great options that I really enjoyed. Above all, the people working there were friendly, welcoming, and truly went out of their way to make the stay memorable. I highly recommend it!
I stayed at Omni Dallas Hotel for a few nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The location is really convenient, especially if you plan to explore downtown Dallas or attend events nearby. It’s connected to the convention center, which made things easy for getting around. The room was clean and modern, with a nice view of the city. The bed was comfortable, and I didn’t have any issues sleeping. I also appreciated the little details like enough outlets and a decent workspace. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Staff were generally polite and helpful, though there were a couple of times when service felt a bit slow, especially during busier hours. Nothing major, just something I noticed. I tried one of the hotel restaurants, and the food was good but a bit pricey for what you get. That said, it’s convenient if you don’t feel like going out. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay if you want something central and reliable. Not perfect, but it met my expectations and I’d consider staying there again.

Where do I start? We walked in to this truly beautiful hotel and were greeted by sweet employees. Concierge went above and beyond in making our stay as comfortable as possible. Once in the room the views were immaculate. Our kids loved their Omni Kids bags with colored pencils and activity books. The pool was the perfect temperature and very family friendly. We will definitely be coming back again and again to Omni Dallas 💙
We had an amazing stay at the Omni and could not have asked for a better experience. Richard truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more special. The room was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, spotless, and made our trip feel that much more relaxing. The hotel itself is stunning, with a great atmosphere and excellent service throughout. The Omni hotel staff were amazing, and had great customer service. The hotel upgraded our room complimentary because it was our anniversary, and we felt beyond spoiled while staying here. So grateful, and will most definitely be going back!
