I have not been disappointed with the work I received from Eurocar-Werk. Jose has gone on several occasions "beyond and above " to give me excellent service. I have taken my 911tt to Eurocar-Werk since I first purchased it and my experience has been very good. Their work is very reliable and their evaluations are always accurate and honest. Eurocar-Werk has become home for my car and I am now taking my wife’s MB GLE450 for maintenance too. Excellent atmosphere, friendly and testable staff. Ask for Jose or Elisa. I’ve been extremely impressed with the service at Eurocar-Werk, who have been taking care of my Aston Martin for the past three years. After my DB11 sat in the garage for a while, it needed a jump start. I called on a busy Friday, and Elisa was incredibly helpful—she quickly arranged for Kevin to come out to my house. Kevin was professional, courteous, and resolved the issue immediately. To my surprise, there was no charge at all. That level of care and service is rare. They’ve truly earned a customer for life.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, communicated clearly throughout the repair process, and completed the work on time. The quality of the repair was outstanding, and my car looks and drives great. It's refreshing to find a shop that takes pride in both customer service and workmanship.
