I never post reviews but this experience warrants me taking a minute to speak to how amazing Wendell Jackson was in handling a time sensitive issue with a water pipe break over the weekend. His methodical approach to a complex water pipe break was refreshing and made for an amazing experience. AAA was also very quick in taking in my need for help and dispatching something the following day. I would recommend AAA and Wendell if you ever run into any plumbing issues. It’s obvious Wendell uses his years of experience to provide the best possible approach and the prices are reasonable depending on the issue. Thank you AAA and Wendell for all your help when in a pinch.

Eugene and Seth are the best! I couldn’t be more impressed. They were professional, pleasant, hard‑working, courteous, honest, and their reasonable quote stayed true all the way to the end. They even completed the job the same day, and it was not an easy job. I had a leak under my concrete driveway, and they had to dig a tunnel from the grass under the slab to reach the leaky pipe. Seth was literally covered head‑to‑toe in mud and still kept a smile on his face. Someone give these guys a raise — they worked fast, worked hard, and stayed upbeat the entire time. I was genuinely amazed. They were the complete opposite of the first plumbers I called, Triple E Plumbing, who didn’t show up when promised (leaving me with no running water for 3 days) and refused to give a quote — just vague warnings that it could be “thousands” and that they might need to jackhammer my driveway. Lesson learned: trust your gut, get a second opinion, or just call AAA Auger first to save yourself time, stress, and money. Eugene and Seth, thank you — you turned a nightmare situation into a great experience.
