The staff here were extremely kind and accomodating, and they helped to ease my usual anxiety around being at the dentist. They were extremely thorough with X-rays and with the deep clean they gave me. Scheduling was also extremely fast, unlike some other dentists I've been to in the past. I was able to come in the following day of calling to make the appointment.

I will not retract this review, however, the office did call me to apologize. The damage was already done and I will still be choosing another dentist. They did perform my crown and I was a happy patient for years. What a shame for someone to sour another person’s business like this. What a disgustingly disappointing experience this morning with an aggressively rude receptionist. To be fair, I failed to confirm my appointment when I received the notification. However, there is a way of handling setbacks with a professional demeanor, and then there was this method. Dealing with other people with hostility is a choice. Unfortunately this experience was so unprofessional and inappropriate that I decided to seek a new dentist rather than deal with another repeated offense. I came to this office when it was still owned by Dr Devor. Slowly I’ve watched all the kind people leave and it makes me wonder why I never see the same face twice: whether it is the receptionist, the dentist, or the hygienist.
