Ian King has installed a ceiling fan (on a vaulted ceiling) AND Level 2 EV charger for us in our garage, and it was clear from the start that he really knew his stuff. The ceiling fan and the height was one thing, but I really appreciated his expertise when it came to reorganizing our electrical panels to make our EV charger work. He thoughtfully moved circuits from our main panel to our subpanel to create the space we needed and give us the 40 amps that my Nissan Ariya could take, while future-proofing us if we ever want to bump up to 60 amps on an upgraded panel. Ian is a good dude who really cares about doing a clean install that makes the most sense for the homeowner and any permitting that you may need. I also just learned a lot about circuits and electrical panels from him, and that will be knowledge that I'll carry with me in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ian to any of my closest friends for all their electrical needs. Absolute also makes it really easy to schedule with their 24/7 AI receptionists. I was having thermostat & temperature-regulation issues at my Wheat Ridge home. I had used Absolute in the past, and they sent out technician Richard Brown, who was incredibly helpful. He correctly diagnosed the issue, found the cause of the problems, and got my heating system back running before noon the day of my service. Richard was also superbly communicative throughout the process (a HUGE deal for me). He said when he was on his way, explained issues as they were discovered, and clearly outlined costs associated with the parts & labor. I like this company. They are honest and from my view that is most important but they are also good at what they do while being kind and respectful. I will use this company again. Accessibility is a real important thing for me and he worked really hard to make it so that both my washer and my dryer were on pedestals. So now I can actually help with the laundry. Gabe was extremely helpful, Kind and respectful. And yes I've already booked an appointment for my dad because I think these people are good at what they do. They listen and they offer you options. Plumbing, electric. Anything like that? You can't do better than this company
It’s hard to find a good company that has your best interest in mind and wants to protect your equipment and give you good deals. This company was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain how everything works to me. They didn’t belittle me and skip over parts that they felt would go over my head. They gave me straight facts and tips and helped me a TON. Definitely became a member and I feel confident in their future services for me. They rebuilt my entire AC system. It was about $8,600
Blake serviced my furnace, and I was very pleased with his quality of work. He was timely, professional, and efficient. He did a great job explaining the issue, and now the furnace is working great! I would highly recommend him, and I will certainly use Absolute in the future.
