⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Rain Chain Install Review… After calling multiple “locally owned and operated” gutter companies and being connected to 3rd party schedulers or leaving messages with no one calling me back. I had no luck in finding a gutter company to install a rain chain. After googling “gutter companies near me”, and going down the list. I landed on Craig Roofing & Gutters. I called and spoke to Jeff, the owner, and was surprised by multiple efforts: •I was not talking to a 3rd party scheduler •Although unfamiliar with rain chains, was interested and open to assessing and installing •Same week appointment •followed up When the day of install came: •was early on time •purchased specific drill bits for install •brought supplies needed •professional and helpful Installing a rain chain, takes a bit of engineering and “McGuiver” skills, I had all of the many moving pieces, but still needed some work arounds. Jeff was patient and knowledgeable in figuring out the best course of action. In under 2 hours, we got the rain chain up and running, and even some other odds and ends I needed assistance with. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for attention to detail, great customer service, along with a knowledgeable and reliable owner , than Craig Roofing & Gutters is the choice for you! Wonderful experience with Jeff and his crew. I had a terrible roofing company do an aweful job, took my insurance and my money and then refused to come back to fix anything. Water leaking from gutters, extremely poor work on the roof- so much. Jeff came out and inspected the roof and said it all needed replaced- too many things done wrong. He worked with me on the pricing and payments and then replaced the entire roof and fixed the gutters. He and his crew did an awesome job, went above and beyond to make things right! I am so appreciative of Craig Roofing and the work they did. Thank you Jeff and crew!! 😊 If you need roof work done, definitely call them!!

I cannot recommend this company enough. I have been dreading this job for a couple years now, anxious about the enormity of it and expense of it, stressed over having to find someone to make it happen…and it does come down to finding someone you can trust, right? I truly go by my first impression when hiring people for anything at my home—and it spoke volumes to me that the guy who owned the company called me personally to schedule the roof inspection and climbed on my roof to price this job himself, showing me from the very beginning he cared about the quality of the work….because his name is on it. Jeff took the time to explain both repair and replacement, the advantages/disadvantages of both, no pressure either way helping me to make an informed decision. He sent me my estimate in a few hours like he said he would and had me on the schedule within a week which was a concern because I was getting water in the house when it rained. The crew was great, respectful of the property, and their work looks amazing. After the clean up I couldn’t even tell they had been here. So from start to finish Jeff and his crew made this a seamless stress-free experience. Highly recommended and will pass their number along to anyone I know who needs roofing services.
Reached out to Jeff Craig Roofing about wind damage to my shingles. Jeff was quick to respond and set up appointment to check out my issues. Jeff notified me that I had discontinued shingles on my roof and that it was definitely an insurance claim situation. Had 2 other roofers that didn’t realize the discontinued aspect. Jeff set me on a path to get a full roof replacement. Jeff and his crew did a fantastic job on my roof and did a great job of cleaning up after. I would recommend Jeff for your roofing needs and help with insurance claims. Thanks Jeff for everything!!!
Very nice and did a great job with replacing the fascia, soffit and spouting. Looks really good! The fellows that came we're very efficient and did a great job!
